The purpose of this study was to present a model of factors affecting Social undermining in human resources in the Ministry of Education's physical education. The statistical population of this study consisted of all human resources of physical education of which more than 380 persons, out of which 181 were randomly selected and studied according to Morgan table. Data were collected through checklists to determine the significance of variables. And these data were analyzed at two levels (descriptive and inferential statistics). At the level of descriptive statistics, frequency and percentage were used, and at the level of inferential statistics, two-sentence distribution technique, confirmatory factor analysis, were used. The findings showed that the most important factors affecting wear are personal factors (weakness of professional ethics, job dissatisfaction and motivation), occupational factors (including job conflict, occupational stress and occupational involvement), management factors (including weaknesses Managerial, political work and unfair job promotion) and organizational factors (including poor organizational justice, inadequate organizational climate, insufficient salaries, inadequate benefits and inadequate organizational culture). The total fitting index of the optimal model has been obtained, which indicates a robust overall fit of the research model.

The purpose of this study was to design a model of the role of social exchange in the responsibility of the elite referees of Asian football and football. The statistical population of this study included elite football referees and Asian futsal men in two sections of men and women who were in the 2017 Elite list of Asian referees. With regard to the limited population of the population, sampling was a total of 292 individuals in the study. The research method is descriptive and is a type of structural equation that has been implemented as a field. Data were gathered using social researcher-made questionnaire and accountability questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, descriptive indices, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used. The results showed that organizational support and social support have a positive and significant effect on the responsibility of referees. On the other hand, social exchange had a positive and significant impact on the social, legal, economic and moral responsibility of referees. Also, the path analysis method of social exchange with positive and significant responsibility (T = -2.5 = 2, PC = 0.26).

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of organizational silence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with the moderating role of organizational justice among employees of North Khorasan province sport and youth departments. The research method was descriptive and structural equation modeling type. The statistical population of this study was all staff members of sport and youth departments of North Khorasan province (120 people) and the statistical sample was considered equal to the statistical population. The data were collected using three standard questionnaires of organizational silence (vakola and Bouradas, 2005), organizational citizenship behavior (Organ and Konovsky, 1989) and organizational justice (Neihoff and Morman, 1993) and their reliability in a preliminary study was 0.72, 0.69 and 0.87, respectively. Data analysis was done by partial least squares method (PLS). The results showed that organizational justice had a positive and significant effect on OCB, but organizational silence had a negative and significant effect on OCB; also, the results indicated that the organizational justice variable could not play a moderating role in the relationship between organizational silence and OCB. Therefore, it is recommended to managers to break the atmosphere of silence in organizations and create an atmosphere that Accepts employees’ feedback and ideas as an important organizational input to empower employees through this and encourage active volunteering to resolve organizational issues.

The purpose of this study was to assess the identity and personality of the teams of the Iranian Women's Football Premier League from the perspective of their players. This applied research was conducted by descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population was the players of the women's soccer teams that participated in the Premier League. In order to collect data, a 52-item researcher-made questionnaire was used which had six factors. 94 questionnaires were statistically analyzed. Descriptive statistics were used to describe frequency, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics were used for Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, one-sample t-test, multivariate regression and structural equation model. For statistical operations, SPSS software version 26 and Smart PLS software version 3 were used. The reliability of the questionnaire based on Cronbach's alpha was estimated to be 0.871. Based on the research results, the dimensions of talent, success, entertainment, commitment, admiration and care explain the personality model of the women's soccer premier league teams, which was derived from the sum of success and talent subscales, performance factor and from the sum of admiration and care subscales, character factor. . The general model of structural equations of the research was obtained using the goodness of fit criterion of 0.563, which confirmed a very good fit of the general model of the research. According to the results of this study, sports managers and coaches of clubs can take effective steps to improve the level of performance of players and also improve the image of identity and personality of their team and club in order to attract sponsors and fans by using the dimensions and variables that explain each dimension. The present research is correlational with structural equation modeling approach, which has been done in a survey form. The statistical population was employees of sports organizations in the northwest of the country(699). By the Cochran's formula, the statistical sample size with an error rate of 0.05 and by stratified random samplying was 248 people. Four questionnaire were ued for measuring variables.Validity and reliability of instruments reported successful. The results showed political behavior with job performance (t.value= 9.01, effect coefficient= 0.36); Ethical leadership (t. value = 32.78, effect coefficient = 0.71) and perceptions of social exchange (t. value = 29.04, effect coefficient= 0.67) have a positive and significant relationship. Also, the results of Sobel test showed that the variable of political behavior through moral leadership as well as perceptions of social exchange has a significant relationship with job performance and both variables were confirmed as mediators. A B S T R A C TBackground: Today, paying attention to the needs of athletes in order to identify and solve their problems is considered as the main and effective factors in advancing the goals of a sports team. Sport in our society, especially in the women's sector, has major shortcomings and problems compared to modern sports in the world and requires deep rooting and long-term study. Therefore, considering the importance of conducting research related to the research variables on athletes and the lack of research on the needs of girls’ volleyball players of the national youth team, In the present study and in the open coding stage, 82 codes were extracted, but due to the semantic similarity and duplication of information, these codes were merged and aggregated and finally reduced to 46 codes. In the next step, called axial coding, the process of assigning code to the concepts in the data is completely unlocked and takes the form of an excerpt. In the last stage of coding, the researcher acts more selectively on the basis of these emerging components in the coding work because the main component of the theory gradually shows itself, hence the last part of the coding is called "selective". After coding the interviews, due to the large number of primary codes, secondary coding was performed and 46 open codes were obtained. Economic, educational and behavioral infrastructure, the role of the media and cultural factors. Then the comparison and grouping of central codes showed that they can be summarized in 3 selective codes of managerial factors, infrastructure and facilities and socio-cultural factors.

The results showed the highest mean of variables related to the component of the charismatic characteristics (3/20 ±0/85) and the lowest one was belonged to the component of individual motivation (3/03 ± 0/86). Kruskal-Wallis test results also indicated that there was a significant relationship (sig=0/039) between the components of charismatic characteristics and the employment status of staff. Findings indicated that transformational leadership style of peers has direct, positive and significant effect on commitment and team effectiveness. Also transformational style indirectly through team commitment has positive and significant effect on team effectiveness. Team commitment as a mediator variable has direct and positive effect on team effectiveness. Endogenous Variables’ R-Square indicated that 30% and 23% of team effectiveness and team commitment variance respectively is explained by exogenous variables. Finally, Results indicate that the peer leaders’ behavior has created a higher level of commitment within the team and the commitment increase the effectiveness of the team.
