The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between managers 'transformational leadership style and employees' thinking style with the aim of entrepreneurship of employees of sports and youth departments of Sistan and Baluchestan province. The research method is descriptive-correlational which has been done in the field. The statistical population of the study consisted of all managers and employees of sports and youth departments of Sistan and Baluchestan province with 1300 people. The sample size was selected by placing the population size in the Cochran's formula of 296 people using random sampling method. The instruments used in the study were Bass and Olivier (2000) Transformational Leadership Questionnaire, Robbins and Coulter (1996) Organizational Entrepreneurship Questionnaire and Sternberg-Wagner (1998) Thinking Style Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 10 experts and their reliability was calculated in a preliminary test with 30 subjects and with Cronbach's alpha for the Transformational Leadership Questionnaire (0.80), Organizational Entrepreneurship (0.82) and Thinking Style (0.74). Pearson correlation coefficient and statistical regression with SPSS software version 22 were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between managers' transformational leadership style and thinking style and entrepreneurial goal of Sistan and Baluchestan sports and youth employees. The results also showed that there is a significant relationship between employees 'thinking style and employees' entrepreneurial goal. Therefore, it is recommended to use new leadership styles such as transformational leadership in sports and youth departments to create entrepreneurship in employees and create creative thinking in them.

The purpose of this descriptive-analytical study, which was conducted in the field, was to investigate the mediating role of coach's humor in relation to the transformational (inspiring) leadership of coaches and the motivation of elite athletes to achieve sports. The statistical population of the study included all athletes of men's and women's sports teams in Khorasan Razavi province present in the country's premier leagues in 1399 with a total of 268 people, which was a simple random number of 158 people using Morgan and Krejcie table formula as a statistical sample. They were selected and answered the standard questionnaires of Ismaili Sports Motivation (2014), Transformational Leadership of Bass and Olivier (2000) and Tenderness of Martin et al. (1988). The content and face validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by the professors of sports management. Also, the reliability of the instrument was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha test. Structural equation method and Smart PLS software version 2 were used to analyze the data and examine the relationships between the variables. Findings showed that transformational (inspiring) leadership and coaches 'humor have a significant effect on athletes' athletic achievement motivation. Humor also plays a mediating role in the impact of transformational leadership on athletes' athletic development motivation. According to the findings, coaches can become transformational leaders who inspire athletes and lead them to higher levels of success.

This study was conducted in Iran with the aim of presenting a model of the effect of transformational leadership style on organizational adaptability, with the mediating role of communication skills and job adjustment in sports federations. The statistical population of the study consisted of sports federations and sports delegations, of which 386 employees and their managers were selected as a statistical sample through a face-to-face and online questionnaire, and the results were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Emos software was calculated and the final model was presented. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha method of 93%. The results showed that the appropriate fit of the model was based on the effect of all paths of the proposed research model. The results showed that transformational leadership through communication skills and job adaptation has a positive and significant effect on promoting organizational adaptability. Among them, the most effect is related to the role of transformational leadership on communication skills with an effect rate of 69%. Therefore, the directors of sports federations and boards are advised to facilitate adaptation to the current changing conditions by changing the practice in their leadership style and using a transformational leadership style that will lead to improved communication skills and job adaptation of employees.

The purpose of this study was to assess the Predictive Effect of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Transcendence in the Ministry of Sports. 265 peoples were randomly selected from employees of this ministry. The Bass transformational leadership (2003), and EFQM organizational transcendence (2003) questionnaires were used for collecting data. Data analysis was don using single-sample t-test, multiple linear regression and structural equation modeling in SPSS and LISREL. According the results, level of "transformational leadership" and "organizational transcendence" were assessed as "poor" and "average", respectively. Idealized influence (0.78), individual consideration (0.73), inspirational motivation (0.70) and intellectual stimulation (0.68), have highest share in the establishment of transformational leadership, respectively. The transformational leadership (0.72) can explain 51.44% of the organizational excellence changes. Idealized influence (47.61%), individual consideration (43.56%), inspirational motivation (37.21%) and intellectual stimulation (32.49%) had the highest predictive effect, respectively on the organizational excellence. Also, the model has a good fit and a high ability to measuring main variable. The transformational leadership was able to predict organizational transcendence of Ministry of Sports. Therefore, due to the weakness of the transformational leadership in this organization, the implementation of this leadership style, is recommended for organizational transcendence of this ministry. Attention to the idealized influence, and individual consideration, is more important.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of peer leaders' behavior with team commitment and team effectiveness among shahrood futsal teams. This research is descriptive- correlational type. The research population consisted of all shahrood futsal teams players (N= 200). All players completed questionnaires and analyzed as study sample. In order to data gathering used of multifactor leadership (Bass & Avolio, 1995), team commitment (Scanlan, et al., 2004) and team effectiveness (Larson & Lafasto, 2001) scales. To analyze the data used of Cronbach's alpha, Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling. Findings indicated that transformational leadership style of peers has direct, positive and significant effect on commitment and team effectiveness. Also transformational style indirectly through team commitment has positive and significant effect on team effectiveness. Team commitment as a mediator variable has direct and positive effect on team effectiveness. Endogenous Variables’ R-Square indicated that 30% and 23% of team effectiveness and team commitment variance respectively is explained by exogenous variables. Finally, Results indicate that the peer leaders’ behavior has created a higher level of commitment within the team and the commitment increase the effectiveness of the team.
