Abstract

Problem of staff turnover and organizational issues that impact on the expertise of the movement and the director of the organization that seeks to preserve, protect, and improve workforce productivity, are at their, As a problem, and it also requires special attention. Using methods of managing and promoting the empowerment, motivation and long lasting relationship with them for the increase. The purpose of this study, was to the relationship between empowerment and perceived organizational support with job satisfaction among physical education teachers in Hamedan. Research methods, is descriptive - correlation and comparative is done. The population of the study consisted of all physical education teachers in Hamadan, a sample of 511 persons on the basis of Morgan, 217 persons have been identified. Instruments used in the study, Perceived organizational support Questionnaire, Empowerment Questionnaire and Job satisfaction Questionnaire. For data analysis, was used descriptive and inferential statistics.
