Statistical population of this research was all athletes, which participated in the semifinal rounds of women's Kabbadi premier leagues in 2017 and census method was used for sampling. The Research instrument was the questionnaire that after confirming validity and reliability, distributed statistical samples. For data analysis, the Pearson correlation coefficient, leaner regression, one way ANOVA and LSD post hoc have been used. Regression analysis showed that positive coaching behaviors increase self-efficacy and sportspersonship while negative coaching behaviors decrease self-efficacy and sportspersonship. In addition, self-efficacy had a positive significant effect on sportspersonship. Based on this research finding, suggested that coaches know the behaviors that athletes considered them as positive or negative and to be aware of the effect of their behaviors on athletes' performance and as they prepare athletes for competitions, coaches to be presented in competitions with readiness
