چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش طراحی الگوی نقش مبادله اجتماعی بر مسئولیت پذیری داوران نخبه فوتبال و فوتسال آسیا بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل داوران نخبه فوتبال و فوتسال آسیا در دو بخش مردان و زنان که در سال 2017 در لیست نخبه (Elite) داوران آسیا قرار دارند، بود. با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه آماری، نمونه گیری به صورت کل شمار بود که در نهایت تعداد 292 تن در این پژوهش شرکت نمودند. روش تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع معادلات ساختاری بوده که به صورت میدانی اجرا شده است. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های محقق ساخته مبادله اجتماعی و مسئولیت پذیری استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از شاخص های توصیفی و آزمون های آماری همبستگی چندگانه، تحلیل رگرسیون و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که حمایت سازمانی و حمایت اجتماعی تأثیر مثبت و معنی داری بر مسئولیت پذیری داوران دارد.  از طرفی دیگر مبادله اجتماعی تأثیر مثبت و معنی داری  بر مسئولیت اجتماعی، قانونی، اقتصادی و اخلاقی داوران داشت. همچنین الگوی تحلیل مسیر بین مبادله اجتماعی با مسئولیت پذیری مثبت و معنادار (5/2=T-Value، 26/0=PC) می باشد.
