چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگویی برای تغییر رفتار مدیران ورزش دانش­آموزی جهت اجرای برنامه­های راهبردی با تلفبق کارت امتیازی متوازن و شش سیگما بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی و مطالعات تطبیقی بود که به صورت کیفی انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش متخصصین آشنا به کارت امتیازی متوازن و شش سیگما، مدیران ورزش دانش­آموزی، مقالات و مطالعات موجود در حوزه کارت امتیازی متوازن، شش سیگما و تلفیق این دو ابزار با یکدیگر به تعداد نامشخص بود. تعداد 20 متخصص با روش گلولۀ برفی و تعداد 30 مقاله و پژوهش به طور هدفمند به عنوان نمونۀ تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از مصاحبه، مطالعه و تطبیق داده­ها استفاده شد. تحلیل داده­ها به­ صورت کیفی و استقرایی انجام شد که با انجام مصاحبه و مطالعه مقالات و پژوهش­ها، اطلاعات مورد نیاز به اشباع نظری رسید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، برای تغییر رفتار مدیران ورزش دانش­آموزی جهت اجرای برنامه­های راهبردی در ورزش دانش آموزی با تلفیق کارت امتیازی متوازن و شش سیگما ضروری است مدیران از الگویی استفاده کنند که در آن مواردی مانند مأموریت، راهبردها، منظرها، اهداف استراتژیک، سنجه­ها، اهداف کمی، پروژه­های غیر شش سیگما، پروژه­های شش سیگما و برنامه­های عملیاتی، اقدامات و ابتکارات و چرخه بهبود وجود داشته باشد.
