چکیده

هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی رابطه وجدان‌گرایی و رضایت شغلی با طفره‌روی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی در انجام فعالیت‌های فوق‌برنامه ورزشی مدارس بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی همبستگی بوده که به‌صورت پیمایشی انجام شد و ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد رضایت شغلی مینه سوتا (2009)، طفره‌روی سازمانی سیمز و نیکول (2014) و پرسشنامه وجدان-گرایی قربانی‌زاده (1395) بود. جامعه آماری شامل معلمان تربیت بدنی مدارس شهر کاشان بود (102 نفر) که نمونه آماری 69 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. در بخش آمار استنباطی از آزمون‌های آماری تی تک متغیره، تی مستقل، آنوا، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه (رویکرد گام به گام) استفاده شد. مهم‌ترین یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد میزان طفره‌روی و نیز وجدان‌گرایی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی مطلوب بوده ولی میزان رضایت شغلی در حد متوسط قرار داشت. میزان طفره‌روی، وجدان‌گرایی و رضایت شغلی در بین معلمان زن و مرد تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت، علاوه بر این، با توجه به نوع استخدام (پیمانی و رسمی)، تفاوت معناداری در میزان طفره‌روی، وجدان‌گرایی و رضایت شغلی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی وجود نداشت و درنهایت نتایج نشان داد که وجدان‌گرایی، رضایت شغلی و سابقه خدمت تأثیر منفی و معنادار و مدرک تحصیلی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر طفره‌روی دارد که میزان تأثیر رضایت شغلی بیشتر از سایر متغیرها بود. در نتیجه نتیجه تقویت وجدان‌گرایی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی به واسطه ارتقای فرصت‌های پیشرفت در شغل و افزایش رضایت شغلی، منجر به مشارکت هر چه بیشتر معلمان تربیت‌بدنی در فعالیت‌های فوق‌برنامه ورزشی می‌شود.
