چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر مدل‌یابی تاثیر رهبری خدمتگزار ‌و توزیعی بر رفتار‌های پویای شغلی و‌ ارتقاء عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها از نوع پیمایشی بود. جهت مطالعه رهبری خدمتگزار، رهبری توزیعی، رفتارهای پویای شغلی و عملکرد سازمانی ابتدا پژوهش‌های موجود درمنابع اطلاعاتی و کتابخانه‌ایی مطالعه و پس از چندین جلسه مشاوره و بررسی؛ عوامل موثر شناسایی شد و در قالب ‌پرسشنامه و مدل مفهومی پژوهش در دو مرتبه بصورت روش دلفی به نظر سنجی خبرگان گذاشته شد. بطوریکه پرسشنامه‌ای در قالب 9 سوال برای رهبری خدمتگزار، 6 سوال برای رهبری توزیعی، 7 سوال برای رفتار‌های پویای شغلی و 5 سوال برای عملکرد سازمانی در حوزه ورزش تنظیم و تدوین شد. برای تحلیل سوالات از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج برازش مدل (91/0AGFI=، 90/0GFI=، 91/0CFI=، 92/0TLI=، 94/0NFI=) نشان از مناسب بودن مدل داشت. همچنین نتایج تحلیل مسیر نیز تاثیر رهبری خدمتگزار و رهبری توزیعی را بر رفتار‌های پویای شغلی و عملکرد سازمانی تایید کرد. دانش حاصل از این پژوهش به مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان سازمان‌های ورزشی کمک می‌کند تا برنامه‌های ارتقاء عملکرد سازمان را با توسعه رفتارهای خاص رهبری مورد توجه قرار دهند.
