چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش سبک رهبری فروتن بر رفتار صدای کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان با نقش میانجی توانمندسازی روانشناختی و امنیت روانی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بودند که برابر با 890 نفر اعلام شدند. نمونه‌ی آماری پژوهش حاضر را 355 نفر از کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان تشکیل می‌دهند. برای سنجش متغیرها از پرسشنامه‌های رهبری فروتن اونز و همکاران (2013)، رفتار صدای کارکنان لیانگ و همکاران (2012)، امنیت روانی کارملی و همکاران (2010) و توانمندسازی روانشناختی اسپریتزر (1995) استفاده گردید. که روایی و پایایی آن‌ها مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم افزار پی.ال.اس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که رهبری فروتن هم به صورت مستقیم و هم غیر مستقیم از طریق توانمندسازی روانشناختی و امنیت روانی بر رفتار صدای کارکنان تأثیر گذار بوده است. لذا به مدیران وزارت ورزش و جوانان پیشنهاد می‌شود که به منظور بهبود رفتار صدای کارکنان خود با به کارگیری سبک رهبری مناسب زمینه‌های توسعه توانمندسازی روانشناختی و امنیت روانی را فراهم سازند.
