چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی عومل تاثیرگذار بر اشتباهات داوران لیگ یک و لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران بود. روش تحقیق این پژوهش پیمایشی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را تمامی داوران فوتبال لیگ یک و لیگ برتر ایران در سال 99-1398 تشکیل دادند (165=N)، که نمونه پژوهش بصورت تمام شمار انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ای بود که روایی آن با تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ (93/0= α) محاسبه گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون پارامتریک تی تک نمونه ای و آنالیز واریانس مکرر با استفاده از نرم افزار spss استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که به جز عامل محیطی بقیه عوامل شامل: فردی، آموزشی، مدیریتی و اقتصادی، تأثیر معناداری بر اشتباهات داوران گذاشته و همچنین این مولفه ها با یکدیگر اختلاف معنی‌داری داشته‌اند. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که با کنترل بیشتر وضعیت جسمی و روحی داوران، برگزاری کلاسهای آموزشی بیشتر در طول فصل، متناسب‌کردن حقوق داوران با کل دنیا و پرداخت به موقع آن و استفاده از مدیران ورزشی و کارآزموده در حوزه داوری فوتبال ایران می توان شرایطی ایجاد کرد تا هر چه کمتر شاهد اشتباهات داوری بوده و داوران روز به روز به سطح مطلوب‌تری نزدیک شوند.
