چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل اثر سبک‌ رهبری تحول آفرین بر انطباق‌پذیری سازمانی با نقش میانجی مهارت‌های ارتباطی و سازگاری شغلی در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش را فدراسیون‌های ورزشی و هیئت‌های ورزشی زیرمجموعه آن تشکیل دادند که 386 نفر از کارکنان و مدیران آنها از طریق پرسشنامه حضوری و آنلاین به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و نتایج آن با استفاده از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم افزار ایموس محاسبه و مدل نهایی ارایه گردید. پایایی کل پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ 93 درصد محاسبه و تایید شد. نتایج حاکی از برازش مناسب مدل مبنی بر تاثیر تمامی مسیرهای مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش بود. نتایج نشان داد که رهبری تحول آفرین از طریق مهارت‌های ارتباطی و سازگاری شغلی، اثر مثبت و معناداری بر ارتقای انطباق پذیری سازمانی‌ می‌گذارد. در این میان بیشترین اثر مربوط به نقش رهبری تحول آفرین بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی با میزان اثر 69 درصد‌ می‌باشد. از این رو به مدیران فدراسیون ها و هیئت‎های ورزشی توصیه می گردد با تغییر رویه در سبک‌ رهبری خود و استفاده از سبک رهبری تحول آفرین که منجر به بهبود مهارت‌های ارتباطی و سازگاری شغلی کارکنان خواهد شد، انطباق پذیری را در شرایط متغیر کنونی تسهیل بخشند.
