Abstract

The purpose of this study was developing a relationship model of destructive leadership with professional ethics and its components among physical education teachers. Methodology was descriptive-correlational that it applied by Structural Equation Modeling. The statistical population of the study was all physical education teachers’ in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province that 243 people were selected through random sampling. For collecting data, destructive leadership and professional ethics questionnaires were used. Questionnaires Validity was confirmed by 12 sport management professors and their reliability coefficients were found through Cronbach's alpha to be 0/94, 0/97 respectively. Data the analyzed by using SPSS26 and Smart PLS3 software by structural equation method. the results showed that destructive leadership had a negative effect on professional ethics. Also, destructive leadership had an indirect negative effect on all components of the professional ethics of physical education teachers. According to the results this research, the presence of Destructive behavior of leaders will decrease professional ethics among physical education teachers. Therefore , authorities must pay ationtion to choose school administrators , supervisions , and in administration departments.
