The present research was an attempt to compare life quality of female participants and non-participants at the sport for all. Statistical population of the research included a great number of females with the age range of 20 to 60 in Sarepolezahab city. Based on Cochran formula 384 sport-for-all female participants were selected as the experimental group and the same number were selected from among the non-participant females as the control group. In order to achieve the research goals, the short form of World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire was used. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 15 experts and its reliability was calculated in a preliminary study with 30 subjects and recorded Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.94. To run data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov- Smirnov, Single sample t-test, and independent t-test were used employing SPSS.V.16. Research findings showed that life quality and general health of sport-for-all female participants is better than sport-for-all female non-participants. Also physical health, psychological health, social relationships, and environment health of the sport-for-all female participants is better than sport-for-all female non-participants.
