The main purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between knowledge management structure and organizational learning of the physical education professionals at General Directorate of Youth and Sports of Khorasan Razavi province, Mashhad Municipality, and Education and learning organizations of the province. The present research employed a descriptive and correlation method and was practical in purpose. The statistical population included 144 full-time experts (education office (47), office of youth and sports (52), and city hall (45). 108 individuals were randomly selected from Morgan table via census. The instruments employed were two standard questionnaires (a: knowledge management structure (QKM), b: degree of achievement of the learning organization (DLOQ) whose validity were confirmed by experts and their reliability were calculated by Cronbach's coefficient Alpha as 89% and 97%, respectively. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation test and an independent t-test). The results revealed a significant relationship (p = 0/009) between knowledge management structure and organizational learning among the physical education professionals. However, there was not a significant difference between women and men in terms of knowledge management structure and learning organizations (p> 0/05). It was concluded that knowledge management structure requires implication of "change" to play an effective role through absorbing new knowledge on the one hand and administration of the knowledge on the other hand.
