This study aimed to Designing Relationship Model of talent management , Innovation and Knowledge sharing in Yoths and Sport Ministry. The research method was The research method is descriptive-survey based on structural equation modeling correlation. The population of all employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (n =750), That according to Krejcie & Morgan table 260 people were selected by random sampling method. In this study, three standard questionnaires Including talent management Phillips and Roper (2009), innovation questionnaire Chupani (1390) and knowledge sharing questionnaire Dixon (2001) was used. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 8 number of sports management professors and reliability through Cronbach's alpha test In an early example of 30 number respectively equal to 0.81, 0.94 and 0.79 were reported. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling( whit AMOS22 and SPSS20 software was used. Results showed Talent management have direct and significant impact on both variables knowledge sharing with impact factor and innovation with impact factor.رalso Talent Management through knowledge sharing showed significant influence on innovation. The model had an acceptable fitting for purpose based on GFI, AGFI, RMSEA, and CFI indices. All the estimated parameters had statistically significant effects on their related factors. As a result of this study implies the importance of talent management is on innovation and knowledge sharing And talent management should be considered in policies related in Yoths and Sport Ministry

Data analysis included descriptive and inferential statistical methods Kolmogorov-Smirnov, t one group, one-way analysis of variance and Scheffe post hoc test using SPSS software was used. Results showed that the overall performance of teachers of physical education is at an intermediate level. Also, between the view of physical education teachers and school administrators, teachers and students in other subjects, there was statistically significant difference.

In order to achieve the research some qualitative and quantitative research methods were used. In the qualitative research approach semi-structured interviews and a Conceptual interview were used. In parts of quantitative research the enventory questionnaire was used and validity calculated was confirmed by 15 professors and experts and the reliability in a pilot study with by the Chroenbach α formula which were calculated about(α~o.83) .Moreover the data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics ( t-test, Friedman test ) were used by SPSS18 software .
