The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluative indicators dedicated to managers' behavior for appropriate governance in sports federations. This research was carried out in quantitative & qualitative steps, C-OAR-SE Procedure used in order to design the questionnaire and identify indicators. In the first step, appropriate governance indicators were identified through review of literature as well as interview with 29 raters through which 114 indicators were identified. In the second step, 11 expert raters expressed their ideas about the content validity of the questionnaire with CVI & CVR and 9 indicators were removed in this step. The reliability of the questionnaire was confiremed by using Comunality test and then handed out among 305 raters and the stakeholders of 8 selected federations. SPSS and SMART-PLS(SEM) was used to analyze the data. According to the results of this study, extracted indicators were stood in eight dimentions: transparency and accountability, participation, rule-oriented, responsibility, fight against corruption, ethic principal, control and monitoring and effectiveness. They could pridicted 0.773 percent of managers' behavior for appropriate governance. Results showed that Transparency and accountability dimensions were the most important one (β=4.886) and ethic principal was the least important (β=2.966) in explanation of appropriate governance concept in sport federations.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the positive and negative reasons for athletes to politics. Methods of this study was a descriptive, in terms of data collection was survey. The population consisted of talented athletes to politics (N=250), Therefor, 154 professional athletes that have top condition select as sample. Measuring tools were two given questionnaire (11 questions on positive reason and 7 questions on negative reason), formal and content validity of the tools was confirmed by experts, and tools reliability for positive and negative reasons were obtained using Cronbach's alpha of 0.87, 0.84, respectively. Factor analysis, with a varimax rotation was used to analyze the data. According factor analysis, of the 18 Problems, 17 items having appropriate factor loading were stand in 6 factors namely social mechanism, diplomatic mechanism, national idea, national support, social weapon & political weapon. Result showed that social mechanism factors had most important (%24.954 of variance) in explanation of positive reason of athletes entering to politics and social weapon had most important (%12.954 of variance) in explanation of negative reason of entering athletes to politics arena.

The aim of this article was comparing Customer Relation Management of Iran, Spain & UK football clubs. The present study is Content analysis and practical. The population for this research is the websites of three football leagues of Iran, Spain and the UK, selecting those three teams that have been the most prominent and highest rated in each club (Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Sepahan of Isfahan, Perspolis of Tehran and Esteghlal of Tehran). These teams were examined regarding thirty-one management characteristics of communicating with on-line customers. The standard checklist of marketing Roşca (2014) was used in order to gather the data and the club's website in terms of content marketing characteristics evaluated. The findings of the research showed that the Spanish football clubs had a better situation compared to the UK football clubs. Moreover, both the Spanish and the UK clubs had a better communication with on-line customers in comparison with the Iranian clubs. Based on the findings of this research, Iranian football clubs need to widely and fundamentally reassess the structure of communication channels so as to update them.

The purpose of this study was examining the relationship between demographic factors and sportmanship in professional and champion athletes. Methods of this study was a correlation, in terms of data collection was survey. The statistical population of this research was professional and champions athletes in Kerman province (N=150) and was non-random sampling method. Instrument of this research was standard questionnaire Vallerand et all (1997) and validity approved and reliability confirmed by Cronbakh alpha 0.82. Analyze of data used demographic variables (gender, individual or team, educational level and type of activity) as an exogenous component with sportsmanship as endogenous component. We analyzed this variable by SEM (MIMIC) method and for determine the current status was used one sample t-test. Finding andicated that there is relation between individual or team and Respect for the rules and the officials and there are relationship between in educational level, type of activity and Respect for one's full commitment toward sport participation. According to the results of the study and type of population seems that there is a little relation between demographic factor and sportsmanship.
