The purpose of this study was to investigate The relationship between Organizational Learning Culture, Motivation to Learn, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Internal Service Quality in Employees of Physical Education and Sport Science Faculties. For this purpose Xie, Di (2005) questionnaire have used. Reliability of the questionnaire after a pilot study (with 30 person) amd using Cronbach's alpha test (α =0/87) respectively. Statistical population desired to study all the Physical Education College staff of Azad University from district 8 that of have formed and sample population is equal (N=n=55). Descriptive and inferential statistics (person and regression) methods for data analysis were used. Findings showed, between motivation to learn (p< 0/02, r =0/324) and job satisfaction (p< 0/01, r =0/56) and internal service quality was positive and significant correlation (p< 0/05) exist. Also 31% of the variability is the internal service quality by independent variables explain. Note that the use of variables in research to improve the internal service quality of employees, and provide components through the strategic application of human resource managers and leaders of organizations will not be possible.
