This study aimed to investigate the relationship between leadership style and self-efficacy volleyball coaches in the Premier League this province is done. The study is based on research purpose, and is based on descriptive and correlational. The present study is cross-sectional in terms of standard time.The target population included all male volleyball players participated in league matches province whose number is equal to 96. Random samples of the total count is equal to the 96 people, To collect the data, the leadership styles of coaches (LSS) Chelladurai and Saleh (1980) and self-Scherrer was finally presented with Pearson and multivariate regression analysis were used.The authoritarian leadership style keep main emphasis on the distinction of the authoritarian leader and their followers, these types of leaders make sure to only create a distinct professional relationship. Direct supervision is what they believe to be key in maintaining a successful environment and follower ship. Authoritarian leadership styles often follow the vision of those that are in control, and may not necessarily be compatible with those that are being led. Authoritarian leaders have a focus on efficiency, as other styles, such as a democratic style, may be seen as a hindrance on progress. The survey research hypotheses showed that the leadership style of the Premier League volleyball coaches and efficacy province there is a significant relationship.
