The purpose of this research is, compare cultural attitudes athletes Iran and Turkey. A sample for random cluster sampling is chosen. To measure perceived cultural management in the relationships between them through the four dimensions Hofstede cultural and Hofstede's attitude, was used. Cronbach's alpha of the study was 86%, which represents credit is sufficient. Hypotheses using the chi-square test and Spearman correlation coefficient significant level ρ≤ 0.05, were analyzed. The results show was, firstly: the between Iranian and Turkish athletes, the dimensions of the cultural landscape (democracy versus femininity - individualism versus collectivism - uncertainty avoidance and power distance), which is statistically determined, showed significant differences between the four dimensions of is culture. Secondly: in between Iranian athletes and Turkey, there is significant differences in the attitudes of male-dominated culture-woman domination. Also, Iranian athletes they more inclined to in male-dominated. On the other hand, between Iranian athletes and Turkey, there are significant differences, in cultural attitudes toward individualism-collectivism. Distribution of power in cultural attitudes, athletes Turkey towards Iran are more inclined to the distribution of power
