The sampling method was purposeful and snowballing, and the sampling continued until non-repetitive concepts could be extracted from the interviews. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, and MaxQDA version 20 was used for data analysis and categorization. To determine the validity and reliability, criteria such as validity, transferability, dependability, and confirmability were utilized. The factors influencing the reduction of aggressive behaviors among coaches in the Iranian Premier League included 82 sub-themes categorized into 10 main themes: development of personal dimensions, development of psychological dimensions, development of interpersonal dimensions, development of environmental dimensions, development of financial dimensions, development of coaching dimensions, improvement of conflict and stress management, development of training and awareness, development of club performance, and development of federation performance. The purpose of this study was to design a model of spiritual leadership to develop the job enthusiasm of the staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in the northwest of the country. The statistical population of the study included 372 employees of all departments of sports and youth in the northwest of the country. According to Morgan's table, 180 people were selected as a statistical sample as a statistical sample. The research method was descriptive-correlation. Research measurement tools include; The Fry et al.'s (2005) Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire and the Salvanava and Shuffley (2001) Job Enthusiasm Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 4 sports management experts and the reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of spiritual leadership with 0.810 and job enthusiasm of 0.848, respectively. Structural equation modeling by SPSS22 and AMOS22 software was used to analyze the information collected in the inferential statistics section. The results of model fitting (GFI = 0.94, CFI = 0.91, NFI = 0.94) showed the appropriateness of the model. Also, the results of research path analysis showed that spiritual leadership and its dimensions have a positive and significant direct effect on the development of employees' job enthusiasm. As a result, to develop and increase the job enthusiasm of employees of all departments of sports and youth, managers should use the spiritual leadership style.
