Research measurement tools include; The Fry et al.'s (2005) Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire and the Salvanava and Shuffley (2001) Job Enthusiasm Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 4 sports management experts and the reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of spiritual leadership with 0.810 and job enthusiasm of 0.848, respectively. Structural equation modeling by SPSS22 and AMOS22 software was used to analyze the information collected in the inferential statistics section. The results of model fitting (GFI = 0.94, CFI = 0.91, NFI = 0.94) showed the appropriateness of the model. Also, the results of research path analysis showed that spiritual leadership and its dimensions have a positive and significant direct effect on the development of employees' job enthusiasm. As a result, to develop and increase the job enthusiasm of employees of all departments of sports and youth, managers should use the spiritual leadership style.
