The purpose of this study was to design a model of spiritual leadership to develop the job enthusiasm of the staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in the northwest of the country. The statistical population of the study included 372 employees of all departments of sports and youth in the northwest of the country. According to Morgan's table, 180 people were selected as a statistical sample as a statistical sample. The research method was descriptive-correlation. Research measurement tools include; The Fry et al.'s (2005) Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire and the Salvanava and Shuffley (2001) Job Enthusiasm Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 4 sports management experts and the reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of spiritual leadership with 0.810 and job enthusiasm of 0.848, respectively. Structural equation modeling by SPSS22 and AMOS22 software was used to analyze the information collected in the inferential statistics section. The results of model fitting (GFI = 0.94, CFI = 0.91, NFI = 0.94) showed the appropriateness of the model. Also, the results of research path analysis showed that spiritual leadership and its dimensions have a positive and significant direct effect on the development of employees' job enthusiasm. As a result, to develop and increase the job enthusiasm of employees of all departments of sports and youth, managers should use the spiritual leadership style.

Their reliability was 0.87, and 0.75 respectively. For formal and content validity, experts were used and for construct validity the confirmatory factor used. for confirmatory factor analysis for construct validity. To analyze the data and fit the model, Structural Equation Modeling was used using PLS Smart software. The findings shows that the overall quality of life has a negative and reverse effect on the two variables of occupation and organizational indifference. career plateau also has a positive and direct effect on the organizational indifference. Considering the intermediary role of occupation between the two variables of quality of Life quality and organizational indifference, with regard to the significance of the paths, career plateau can be called a partial intermediate variable between two variables. The population of this study was 420 people. According to Morgan's table, the number of statistical samples was 200. Which was analyzed by simple random sampling method. For data collection, the perceived organizational support scales of Eisenberger et al. (1986), Homs Catherine (2012) and organizational performance questionnaire Douglas, Worry and Harker (2000) were used. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Etagen correlation coefficient, Spearman test and structural equation model. It should be noted that in this research SPSS version 22 and Amos software have been distributed abnormally. Also, the results of the Eta coefficient test showed that there is no relationship between demographic variables (age, gender, marital status, educational level and service record) and perceived organizational support, organizational vocation and organizational performance among employees of sport and youth departments of Tehran province. Spearman test results show that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational vocation with organizational performance in the society under study. Castiglione (2006) transformational leadership Standardized questionnaire was used to collect data in which Cronbach's alpha coefficient Obtained (0/98). Descriptive statistics and the KS test, UMann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis tests were used at the significant level α= 0/05 in order to analyze the data. The results showed the highest mean of variables related to the component of the charismatic characteristics (3/20 ±0/85) and the lowest one was belonged to the component of individual motivation (3/03 ± 0/86). Kruskal-Wallis test results also indicated that there was a significant relationship (sig=0/039) between the components of charismatic characteristics and the employment status of staff. The results of this study express that the most important factor in transformation-oriented Leadership is the charismatic characteristics of Leaders.
