The aim of the current research was to investigate the impact of managerial procedures and long-term planning on the effective communication between the Iranian Football Federation and the Asian Football Confederation, the research was part of applied research in terms of the purpose of the research, and in terms of its descriptive nature and from the perspective of the variables, it was an exploratory mixed research. . The statistical population in the qualitative section includes 12 experts in the field of sports diplomacy and international relations; The members of the academic staff of sports management in the country and the officials of international relations of the football federation were selected by the criteria method; And in the quantitative part, based on Morgan's table, 140 people from the governors and the football board of the provinces and experts in charge of the football federation were selected as a statistical sample using the available method. The analysis of the findings of the qualitative part was done based on theme analysis with Max Kyuda 10 software and the quantitative part was done based on the structural equation model based on Lisrel analysis software. The findings of the qualitative part showed that managerial procedures and long-term planning are the most important factors affecting effective inter-organizational communication in sports in the Iranian Football Federation and the Asian Confederation

This study aimed to survey of Relationship Implementing green management in sports organizations can change the way we interact with the environment. The purpose of this study is the role of green management on the performance of the Football Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is a descriptive correlation with the structural equation approach. The statistical population of the study included all managers and employees of the Iranian Football Federation, which is 157 people And the sampling method was total that 111 people participated in this study. The results showed that the researcher-made questionnaire used in this study had convergent and divergent validity and its reliability was acceptable and above 0.7 according to the numbers obtained for Cronbach's alpha and also the combined reliability. Also, the results of hypothesis testing showed that all factor loads of indicators are above 0.4 and the factor load of indicators is desirable.Based on the results obtained from the analysis of the research model, it was found that the executive factors of green management have a positive and significant effect on the executive actions of green management. Also, the positive and significant effect of green management executive measures on green management results was confirmed. According to the research findings, it can be acknowledged that the use of green management in the organization, especially in the football federation can have beneficial effects on maintaining the structure of the environment and improve the efficiency of the organization.

The present research was conducted aiming at pathology of human capital Status of of Iranian Football Federation by tri-partite analysis. The present research is a practical one with survey-descriptive method. The population under study includes all staff working in of Iranian Football Federation (N-283). The tool used for collecting data was the questionnaire of pathology of strategic components of human capital made by Isfandiyari et al (2010). One-sample T-test and SEM were used to analyze the data at inferential statistics. The results from the research indicate significance of structural and behavioral dimensions and the background of damaging human capital. Obtained results from analyzing the findings show that according to the importance of the structural and background dimensions and adverse prevailing conditions of these components all of Iranian Football Federationrequire revising structural and background dimensions and urgent actions to prevent damaging the components along with improving development of human capital.
