Toxic organizational climate is actually a type of organizational disease and condition that, if persistent and stable, can have negative consequences for the organization. The aim of this study was to determine the factors influencing the creation of a toxic organizational atmosphere in the sports organazations (sport and youth offices of East Azarbaijan Province). The current research is a survey research in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data access method. The statistical population consisted of all managers, deputies, experts and employees of sports and youth offices of East Azarbaijan province in 1401 (N=293). 166 people were selected and participated in the research with the help of Morgan's table and by simple random method and with the help of Morgan's table. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, which was designed by using and modifying the rural questionnaire (2014). The face and content validity of the questionnaire was checked and confirmed by 8 sports management professors. Cronbach's alpha method was also used to evaluate reliability. In this research, data analysis was investigated using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results of the study of the structural model of the research showed that the factors of toxic job structure and toxic leadership have a significant role (P<0.001) in creating a toxic organizational atmosphere. Interpersonal relationships and toxic service reward and compensation system play a significant role (P<0.05) in creating a toxic organizational atmosphere, but the toxic physical structure does not have a significant role in creating a toxic atmosphere (P<0.05). . Based on the results, factors such as: job structure, management style, type of interpersonal relationships and reward and compensation system should be such that the employees perceive the atmosphere of sports organizations as non-poisonous, so that the organization's intention in supporting and valuing be revealed to the employees and the organization can use the full potential of its employees and it becomes easier to achieve the goals of the organization.

Among the victims of the imposed war, the veterans have a special place as lasting symbols of the discourse of sacrifice and martyrdom and one of the most important of them is the cultural concern of veterans and the challenges related to it. Therefore the aim of this research was to standardize the cultural humility questionnaire in Khorasan Razavi sports veterans. The survey research method is of the structural equation type, which was implemented in the field. The statistical population of this research was the veteran athletes of Razavi Khorasan (N=800), from whom 235 questionnaires were collected in the form of available sampling. In order to collect data, the cultural humility questionnaire made by Gonzalez et al. (2020) was used, which consisted of 15 questions. In order to analyze the data, descriptive indices and statistical tests of Cronbach's alpha coefficient, McDonald's omega coefficient, theta coefficient, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used in SPSS, Lisrel and Stata statistical software. The results showed the reliability of the questionnaire (α=0.836, Ω=0.876, θ=0.902). Regarding construct validity and based on the amount of relationships and significance level, all the questions had a significant relationship with the components and were able to be a good predictor for their factor. The ratios of X2 to df are equal to 1.47 and (RMSEA) which is equal to 0.035, so the model has the necessary fit. Also, the indices of NFI=1.00, CFI=1.00, GFI=0.99, AGFI=0.97 and IFI=1.00 confirmed the fit of the model. Regarding the relationships of the components with the concept of cultural humility, the results showed that all five components could be a good predictor for the concept in question.

A B S T R A C TThe purpose of this research was to Codification a Model of building resilience and reducing job stress based on physical empowerment of teachers. A qualitative research method was chosen with a systematic exploratory approach (thematic analysis). The statistical population of the research included two parts of human resources (managers and experts of the general education departments, managers and assistants of schools, school teachers and university professors related to educational sports and schools) and information sources (scientific, library and relevant and reliable media). Sufficient number of interviewees and information sources were selected purposefully and based on reaching theoretical saturation (18 people and 33 documents). The research tool included semi-structured exploratory interviews along with a systematic library study. The validity of the tool was evaluated and confirmed based on the practical merit, legal and scientific validity of the sample, experts' opinion and agreement between the correctors. In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method (open, selective and thematic) with thematic analysis approach was used. The final conceptual framework included 60 components, 21 dimensions, 9 perspectives and 3 levels identified. Levels and perspectives, in the order of effectiveness-reactivity between the variables in their subset, including antecedent level (occupational capacity, individual capacity, organizational capacity), central level (physical empowerment, occupational resilience, reduction of occupational stress) and consequential level (consequence and individual results, consequence and occupational results, consequence and organizational results). Based on the findings of the research, it can be said that changing the attitude and behavior towards physical activity is the basis of achieving resilience and reducing occupational stress, that is why there are programs to improve the place of sports and physical activities in the daily programs of teachers and changing the attitude of teachers. It is very important to pay attention to sports and physical activity.

The Contingent decision-making styles of sports managers play a vital role in the success of sports organizations. However, predicting these styles based on individual and organizational characteristics has always been a complex challenge. This study employs machine learning algorithms, particularly decision trees and random forests, to develop an accurate model for predicting contingent decision-making styles among sports managers. In this quantitative-analytical study, data were collected from 150 professional sports managers in national leagues. Independent variables included demographic characteristics (age, experience), psychological traits (extraversion, neuroticism), and organizational factors (culture, competitive pressure). The dependent variable was decision-making style (rational, intuitive, avoidant). Decision tree, random forest, and logistic regression algorithms were used for modeling. Model accuracy was evaluated using Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and confusion matrix metrics. The random forest model demonstrated the best performance with 87% accuracy in predicting decision-making styles. Variables of "competitive pressure" and "managerial experience" had the greatest impact on predicting decision styles. Comparison with traditional methods (such as logistic regression) confirmed the significant superiority of machine learning. The findings prove that machine learning is an effective tool for analyzing decision-making behaviors of sports managers. The proposed model can assist sports organizations in selecting and developing effective leaders. This research opens new avenues for integrating artificial intelligence with organizational behavior studies in sports.ش

The purpose of this research was to analyze the phenomenon of white fear in sports organizations and to provide a solution with an emphasis on the media. A qualitative research with a systematic exploratory approach was chosen. The statistical population included two parts of human resources (professors, managers) and information sources (books, articles, documents). Sampling was done in a sufficient number and with a judgment method based on reaching theoretical saturation (19 people). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the instrument was evaluated and confirmed based on the validity of the sample, the opinion of experts and the agreement between the correctors. In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method with a systemic analysis approach was used. Based on the extracted conceptual framework, 2 selective codes of white fear and coping strategies, three core codes and 11 main categories were obtained. The results of selective coding showed that the identified strategies, such as educational strategies, social networks and culture building, can prevent the emergence or eliminate the phenomenon of white fear in sports organizations. Based on the results, it can be said that the training process and especially the training in the field of information and communication technologies can lead to the development of employees' job involvement and provide the basis for reducing white fear. Organizational culture building with emphasis on digital culture building and development of organization activities in the context of new activities can provide another strategy to develop useful activities by employees.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of isolation and forgetfulness of physical education teachers on emotional exhaustion with the mediation of occupational stress. The current research method was descriptive and applied in terms of purpose, which was carried out in the field. The data of this research was collected in the field and using a questionnaire. The statistical population of this research was middle school sports teachers in Tehran, and using Morgan's table, 384 were considered and the sampling method was done in a convenient way. In this research, to test the model and research hypotheses, structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach was used in SPSS and SmartPLS software for data analysis. The results showed that isolation and forgetfulness have a positive effect on the emotional exhaustion of sports teachers in Tehran. Also, isolation and forgetfulness have a positive effect on the occupational stress of physical education teachers in Tehran. Also, the mediating role of occupational stress has a positive effect on isolation and forgetfulness and emotional exhaustion of sports teachers in Tehran, so occupational stress has played a mediating role in this regard. Emotional exhaustion may reduce their ability to solve problems and make decisions in difficult situations. This can lead to an increase in job stress and an increase in the amount of unfinished work. Therefore, organizational emotional exhaustion of physical education teachers can directly or indirectly increase their job stress.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the mediating role of shared leadership in the relationship between organizational capacity and types of innovation in non-profit sports organizations. The research was a descriptive-correlation type that was conducted in the field. 320 questionnaires were purposefully distributed among the members of the sports boards of the northwestern provinces of the country, and at the end, 236 correct questionnaires were collected. The research tools included organizational capacity, organizational innovation and shared leadership questionnaires. MPlus software was used to analyze the research data with maximum likelihood estimation by strong standard error. The results showed that all dimensions of organizational capacity, except financial capacity, had a significant relationship with administrative innovation. In contrast, human capacity and planning capacity had no significant relationship with technical innovation. Also, a significant relationship was found between all dimensions of organizational capacity with shared leadership. But there was no significant relationship between financial capacity and shared leadership. shared leadership was also significantly related to both types of administrative innovation and technical innovation. The evaluation of the hypothesized indirect effects showed that shared leadership has a mediating effect on the relationship between organizational capacity and administrative and technical innovations. But the mediating effect of shared leadership on the relationship between financial capacity and administrative and technical innovation was not confirmed. This research highlighted that the distribution of leadership responsibilities and the participation of members in the organization's decisions increases the possibility of using organizational capacities to improve all types of innovation.

According to new and extensive scientific studies in the field of sports and the importance of knowledge management of these achievements in the policies of sports managers for the optimal and effective training of athletes in order to achieve higher performance and prevent injuries of athletes, this article using the method of structural equations , has investigated the effect of knowledge management components in wrestling federation managers on the effective training of athletes. This research is descriptive-survey in terms of practical purpose and data collection method. The statistical population of the research was wrestling athletes in 1401, and 50 people were selected as the sample size using Morgan's formula and simple random sampling. The data collection tool included Newman and Konrad's (2000) 21-item knowledge management questionnaire, 32-item auxiliary training questionnaire (2016) and 28-item Parsons effectiveness questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by a group of experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of more than 0.7. The results of the research using structural equations of PLS software show that the component of knowledge creation in the managers of the wrestling federation with a number of 43.8522 has the highest weight of the factor loads and the component of knowledge transfer with 21.7366 has the lowest weight. Meanwhile, the knowledge application component with 30.154 and the knowledge preservation component with 26.6228 are respectively placed after the knowledge creation component. Also, the four components of the knowledge management network model of sports managers have a positive and meaningful relationship with the effectiveness of training athletes.

The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of creating shared value and employee engagement on the relationship between servant leadership and innovative service offering in sports clubs. The research method was descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this study was the employees of sports clubs in Iraq, and 385 of them were selected as the sample using stratified random sampling. The structural equation modeling was used to analyze the hypotheses by using PLS 3 software. The results showed that servant leadership has a significant relationship with employee engagement, creating shared value, and innovative service offering. Creating shared value does not have a significant relationship with innovative service delivery, but employee engagement has a significant relationship with innovative service delivery. Moreover, creating shared value mediates the relationship between servant leadership and innovative service delivery, but employee engagement does not mediate this relationship. In general, it can be said that when creating shared value is influenced by servant leadership, the organization's capacity to identify and respond to social needs and challenges through innovative services is strengthened.
