The study population was all 180 physical education teachers in Qazvin. According to Morgan table, 118 individuals were selected randomly as the sample. To achieve the research objectives of job training and job satisfaction questionnaire of Smith, Kendall and Hulin was used. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov - Smirnov, Student's t-test, independent t-test and linear regression models with SPSS software was used. The results showed that the quality of in-service educational courses and job satisfaction of physical education teachers at the intermediate level is desirable (P>0.05). The efficiency of in-service training there is a significant relationship with job satisfaction and quality of physical education teachers in-service training periods of physical education teachers have the ability to predict job satisfaction (P>0.05). Also, the efficiency of the service and the satisfaction of physical education teachers there is no significant difference. So choosing the right kind of in-service courses for teachers can have many advantages such as job satisfaction.    هدف از پژوهش حاضر برسی ارتباط کارایی دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت با رضایت شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش همه 180 معلم تربیت بدنی شهر قزوین بود که بر اساس جدول مورگان 118 تن به طو تصادفی – طبقه­ای برای نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برای دست­یابی به اهداف پژوهش از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته آموزش ضمن خدمت و پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی اسمیت، کندال و هالین استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده­ها از روش­های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی از جمله کلموگروف – اسمیرنف، تی استودنت تک گروهی، تی استودنت مستقل و رگرسیون خطی با کمک نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که کیفیت دوره­های آموزش ضمن خدمت در سطح متوسط و رضایت شغلی معلمی تربیت بدنی در سطح مطلوب قرار دارد (05/0>P). بین کارایی دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت با رضایت شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد و کیفیت دوره­های آموزش ضمن خدمت قابلیت پیش بینی رضایت شغلی معلمین تربیت بدنی را دارد (05/0>P). همچنین بین کارایی دوره های ضمن خدمت و میزان رضایت معلمین زن و مرد تربیت بدنی اختلاف معناداری وجود ندارد. بنابراین انتخاب درست در نوع دوره‌های ضمن خدمت برای معلمان می‌تواند مزایایی از قبیل رضایت شغلی را به همراه داشته باشد. https://fmss.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_1640_f9452e24ca046daf6c099e53934f0776.pdf
