The research is correlation one and is performed in a field research method. The statistical population includes managers and staffs at youth and sports offices and 106 members of this population are selected as sample for this research. The data were collected by organizational intelligence questionnaire as well as organizational citizenship behaviors questionnaire. Also Pearson and step by step multiple regression test were used. Therefore the result shows that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between organizational citizenship behaviors and organizational intelligence, and 7 components of organizational intelligence. Finally,  the result of step by step multiple regression analysis show that among organizational intelligence components shard fate, sprit, alignment congruence and knowledge deployment are contributing to predict 29.3 present of organizational citizenship behaviors.
