		<Abstract>The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing the behavior of managers in assessing sport facilities. The study population consisted of an unlimited number was sporting venues across the country. Based on a sample of 384 randomly selected for the sample. The reliability of the questionnaire in a pilot study with 30 subjects with 0/77 Cronbach&#039;s alpha was calculated. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as KS, confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis with varimax rotation and Friedman using the software SPSS version 20 and Amos graphics were used. The results showed that the preferences of strategic thinking, attitude development, familiarity with assessment models, quality of service, need and customer loyalty, competitiveness, quality and revenue on the behavior of managers are effective in assessing sport facilities.</Abstract>
