The method of this study was descriptive and correlation. 275 subjects of this study were stratified randomly selected from all staff of the Ministry of Sport and Youth. Two questionnaires of Psychological capital (Luthans, Youssef & Avolio, 2007) and corporate entrepreneurship (Lawson, 2014) were used to collect data. One-Sample T Test was used to determine the status of Psychological capital, corporate entrepreneurship and their components and Pearson Correlation Coefficient Test and Structural Equation Modeling were used to determine the relationship among the variables of the research. The results indicated that mean of Psychological capital and its all dimensions were significantly upper than the intermediate level, mean of corporate entrepreneurship was equal with intermediate level, there is significant relationship between the Psychological capital and its all dimensions with the Entrepreneurship and research model approved the effect of Psychological capital on corporate entrepreneurship. On the basis of the findings of the present study, enhancement of Psychological capital in the Ministry of Sport and Youth can improve the entrepreneurship of the organization. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین تأثیر سرمایة روان‌شناختی بر کارآفرینی سازمانی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان و ارائة الگوی مناسب اجرا شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعة آماری، کلیة کارکنان ستادی وزارت ورزش و جوانان بودند که 275 نفر از آن‌ها بر اساس نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامة سرمایة روان‌شناختی (لاتنز، یوسف و اوالیو، 2007) و کارآفرینی سازمانی (لاوسن، 2014) استفاده شد. برای تعیین وضعیت سرمایة روان‌شناختی و کارآفرینی سازمانی و مؤلفه‌های آن‌ها از آزمون میانگین یک جامعه و برای تبیین ارتباط بین متغیرها و ارائة الگوی مناسب از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها نشان داد میانگین سرمایة روان‌شناختی و مؤلفه‌های آن به شکل معنی‌داری از حد متوسط بالاتر بوده، میانگین کارآفرینی سازمانی در حد متوسط قرار داشته، بین سرمایة روان‌شناختی و ابعاد آن با کارآفرینی سازمانی رابطة معنی‌داری وجود داشته و مدل پژوهش تأثیر سرمایة روان‌شناختی و ابعاد آن را بر کارآفرینی سازمانی تأیید می‌نماید. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، ارتقای سطح سرمایة روان‌شناختی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان می‌تواند در اعتلای کارآفرینی در این سازمان مؤثر باشد. https://fmss.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_3968_1361b5686df2a0a9b609522d7a23ab09.pdf
