Regarding the research goal, the present research is aimed at using a variety of applied-development research that is conducted in the field of strategic and analytical research. The statistical population of this research consisted of all members of the board of directors and chairmen of the federation of sport federation, academic elite and federation experts (N = 221), which, according to the limited number of the research community, were all sampled. Data collection method includes library studies, Delphi method and finally a researcher-made questionnaire.The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha coefficient more than α = 0.8. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the collected data. Mean, standard deviation of descriptive statistics as well as inferential statistics, one-sample T-test, Friedman and confirmatory factor analysis were used for data analysis. All computations were also performed using AMOS 23 and SPSS 22 software. The fitting goodness index, which indicates that this is acceptable for fitting the model, is acceptable and represents the confirmation of the research model. Other fitting indicators for structural equations of the Tuker-Lewis Index; Benthaler-Bonnet fitting index; Adaptive fit index and fit index are normative; all of them indicate the fitting fit and validation of the confirmatory model of the organizational behavior factors of the public sports of the country. هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل عوامل رفتاری برنامه های راهبردی و عملیاتی ورزش همگانی ایران بود. با توجه به هدف تحقیق، پژوهش حاضر لحاظ هدف از انواع تحقیقات کاربردی- توسعهای بوده که به روش تحلیلی و میدانی انجام گرفته و در حیطه مطالعات استراتژیک قرار میگیرد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه اعضای هیئت رئیسه و رؤسای کمیتههای فدراسیون ورزش همگانی، نخبگان دانشگاهی و کارشناسان فدراسیون بود (221=N) که با توجه به تعداد محدود جامعه تحقیق، نمونهگیری به صورت تمام شمار انجام گرفت. روش جمع آوری داده ها شامل مطالعات کتابخانه ای، روش دلفی و در نهایت پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز از طریق ضریب آلفایکرونباخ بیش از 8/0=α به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای جمعآوری شده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. در بخش آمار استنباطی از آزمون های آماری تی تک نمونه، فریدمن و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد ضمناً کلیه محاسبات از طریق نرم افزارهای AMOS 23 و SPSS 22 صورت گرفت. شاخص نیکویی برازش که نشان دهنده قابل قبول بودن این میزان برای برازش مطلوب مدل است قابل قبول بوده و نشان دهنده تأیید مدل پژوهش می‌باشد. دیگر شاخص‌های نیکویی برازش برای معادلات ساختاری شاخص توکر- لویس؛ شاخص برازش بنتلر- بونت؛ شاخص برازش تطبیقی و شاخص برازش مقتصد هنجار شده است که همگی نشان دهنده برازش مطلوب و تأیید مدل تأییدی عوامل رفتار سازمانی ورزش همگانی کشور می‌باشد. https://fmss.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_4895_88745999c454fd6dc355a6303497d802.pdf
