The purpose of the study is applied to field study was conducted. The study consisted of all employees and directors of the Ministry of Youth and Sport's (N =700), 60 number of managers for a total and 200 employees randomly used by Morgan as were selected (n =260 ). In this study, three standard questionnaire verbal intelligence David A.. Kolb (2005), the political intelligence Ashraf & Zahid Lqbal (2010) and transformational leadership style of Bernard Bass (1985) was used. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed in this study. To verify the information K-S test, Pearson correlation and linear regression was performed using the software spss 20. <br /> Results: The results showed that the political intelligence and verbal intelligence research samples is desirable. The results showed the political intelligence and transformational leadership style (r260 =0.52, p =0.01) as well as between verbal intelligence and transformational leadership style and positive relationship significant (r260 =0.65, p =0.01). تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه هوش سیاسی و هوش کلامی با سبک رهبری تحولی مدیران و کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها و روابط بین متغیرها از دسته پژوهش‌های توصیفی – همبستگی بوده و از لحاظ اهداف پژوهش از نوع کاربردی می‌باشد که به روش میدانی به اجرا درآمد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان و مدیران وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود (700= N)، که 60 نفر از مدیران به صورت کل شمار و 200 نفر از کارمندان به روش تصادفی ساده و با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند (260=n). در این تحقیق از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد هوش کلامی ، هوش سیاسی و سبک رهبری تحولی استفاده شد. به منظور بررسی اطلاعات از آزمون‌های کلموگروف‌اسمیرنف، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون با استفاده از نرم افزار spss 20 استفاده شد. <br /> نتایج نشان داد که هوش سیاسی و هوش کلامی نمونه‌های تحقیق در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد بین هوش سیاسی و سبک رهبری تحولی (001/0= p،52/0 r269=) و همچنین بین هوش کلامی و سبک رهبری تحولی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد (001/0= p،65/0 r269=). در نهایت اینکه نتایج نشان داد هوش کلامی و هوش سیاسی پیش‌بینی کننده‌های خوبی برای رسبک هبری تحولی هستند. https://fmss.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_5623_5c62a6d167d57646ef4322a69f6c930f.pdf
