A. in Sport Management, Allameh Tabatabei Journal Article 2019 02 28 Objective: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between political intelligence and verbal intelligence with transformational leadership style of managers and employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports was performed.<br /> Methodology: This study of the category way of data collection and research and relationships between variables is descriptive – correlative. The purpose of the study is applied to field study was conducted. The study consisted of all employees and directors of the Ministry of Youth and Sport's (N =700), 60 number of managers for a total and 200 employees randomly used by Morgan as were selected (n =260 ). In this study, three standard questionnaire verbal intelligence David A.. Kolb (2005), the political intelligence Ashraf & Zahid Lqbal (2010) and transformational leadership style of Bernard Bass (1985) was used. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed in this study. To verify the information K-S test, Pearson correlation and linear regression was performed using the software spss 20. <br /> Results: The results showed that the political intelligence and verbal intelligence research samples is desirable. The results showed the political intelligence and transformational leadership style (r260 =0.52, p =0.01) as well as between verbal intelligence and transformational leadership style and positive relationship significant (r260 =0.65, p =0.01).
