The present research is a practical one with survey-descriptive method. The population under study includes all staff working in of Iranian Football Federation (N-283). The tool used for collecting data was the questionnaire of pathology of strategic components of human capital made by Isfandiyari et al (2010). One-sample T-test and SEM were used to analyze the data at inferential statistics. The results from the research indicate significance of structural and behavioral dimensions and the background of damaging human capital. Obtained results from analyzing the findings show that according to the importance of the structural and background dimensions and adverse prevailing conditions of these components all of Iranian Football Federationrequire revising structural and background dimensions and urgent actions to prevent damaging the components along with improving development of human capital.
