The purpose of this study was to design a model of spiritual leadership to develop the job enthusiasm of the staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in the northwest of the country. The statistical population of the study included 372 employees of all departments of sports and youth in the northwest of the country. According to Morgan's table, 180 people were selected as a statistical sample as a statistical sample. The research method was descriptive-correlation. Research measurement tools include; The Fry et al.'s (2005) Spiritual Leadership Questionnaire and the Salvanava and Shuffley (2001) Job Enthusiasm Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 4 sports management experts and the reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of spiritual leadership with 0.810 and job enthusiasm of 0.848, respectively. Structural equation modeling by SPSS22 and AMOS22 software was used to analyze the information collected in the inferential statistics section. The results of model fitting (GFI = 0.94, CFI = 0.91, NFI = 0.94) showed the appropriateness of the model. Also, the results of research path analysis showed that spiritual leadership and its dimensions have a positive and significant direct effect on the development of employees' job enthusiasm. As a result, to develop and increase the job enthusiasm of employees of all departments of sports and youth, managers should use the spiritual leadership style.

The general purpose of this study was to design and fit the structural pattern of role of coaches' leadership skills impact on the group cohesion and team performance of volleyball and futsal teams in the thirtieth period of female student sports competitions throughout the country. This goal-based research is applied and by nature, it is descriptive-analytical and this research is a survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of all instructors participating in thirty-three courses of female students' sports competitions across the country (300 persons). The statistical sample size was estimated to be 168 according to Cochran formula. To collect data, Kaufman- Scarborough, & Lindquist leadership skills, Karan group cohesion, and Michael West's and team performance questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed by SPSS, Excel and AMOS software. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation test and structural equation modeling. The results showed, leadership skills on team cohesion, leadership skills on team performance, and team cohesion had a direct and positive impact on team performance. The model parameters all indicate a good fit and confirm the research model. Coaches need to further develop their leadership skills and have the ability to effectively apply any of the technical, cognitive and human skills in the right circumstances. In general, they need to be effective in changing circumstances. Also, Analysis of the structural model fit indices of study indicate that the model has a good fit and it has a high ability to measure the main variable.

Political behavior in the organization is a paradoxical issue, and despite its positive and negative bipolar view, it is an integral part of the organizational life. The purpose of this study is to present a model of political behavior in the strategic decision making of sports managers in the country. Its method has been qualitative and it is exploratory-fundamental in nature. Research data were collected through snowball sampling technique and based on in-depth interviews with 12 physical education elites in university sports (including senior managers of university physical education departments and managers and experts of general directorate of physical education). Data were coded and analyzed based on grounded theory and Charms' constructivist approach. Results of analyzing the qualitative data obtained from the interview, presenting the model of political behavior and decision-making of sports managers in the form of 8 main codes of integration of categories were formed based on the existing relationships between them, based on the political behavior of managers. The conclusion of this study is our reasoning about the positive and negative aspects of political behavior, which is the influencing ability of these factors on the strategic decisions of sports managers. According to many interviewees, the most important positive aspect of the political behavior is also achieving goals in the shortest time with the least cost, and deviating from the goals of the organization is mentioned as a negative factor in the political behavior of sports managers.

Exercise performance is a complex trait that is influenced by physical and psychological factors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between indicators of developing positive organizational behavior and improving the performance of the country's elite footballers. The present study was applied research in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of data retrieval and descriptive-correlation analysis in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study includes all footballers working in the Premier Football League and national teams in 1399 equal to 736 people. The sample size was determined using Morgan and Krejcie table of 256 people who were selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected through a 45-item researcher-made questionnaire of indicators affecting positive organizational behavior and a 22-item questionnaire to improve the performance of athletes on a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods with the help of SPSS software version 21 and LISREL version 8.8. The structural equation test showed that there is a causal relationship between the indicators of developing positive organizational behavior and improving the performance of the country's elite footballers. This finding can be considered by federation officials, clubs and coaches to improve the performance of footballers through the development of positive organizational behavior.

The purpose of this study was to design a communication model of quantum leadership and manpower productivity of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research was applied and in terms of nature and method, it was correlational and causal-comparative. The statistical population was all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the statistical sample were 269 persons. In this study, Quantum Leadership (Azimi, 2011), Manpower Productivity (Hersey and Goldsmith, 1980) and structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) Questionnaires were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using the opinions of 12 sports management experts and the reliability was reported through Cronbach's alpha as 0.87, 0.89 and 0.91, respectively. To analyze data from statistical tests Kolmogorov-Smirnov, t-sample and structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) and SPSS software were used. Findings showed the components of perception and cognition, validity and compatibility of human productivity and components of quantum seeing, quantum thinking, quantum feeling, quantum cognition, quantum action, quantum trust and the existence of quantum leadership at the first level affects the components of ability, motivation and feedback from the productivity of human resources at the second level. Also, the second level components affect the organizational support component of manpower productivity in the third level. Therefore, it can be said that quantum leadership will be able to increase the productivity of human resources in the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
