A sample of 83 people was selected randomly from morgan's table. The instrument of this research is Ambidexterity questionnaire by Janssen (2005), a knowledge management questionnaire by Noaka and Takuchi (1995), and Alberhtan's Intelligence Inventory (2003). In a preliminary study, the reliability of the questionnaires was 0.72, 0.83 and 0.89, respectively, through cronbach's alpha test. Descriptive statistics analysis was used by spss19 software to model the variables of research and analysis of research hypotheses using Smart PLS3 software. The findings show that organizational intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Ambidexterity and knowledge management acts as a mediator variable in relation to organizational intelligence and Ambidexterity. This finding means that the emphasis on organizational intelligence and the process of knowledge management and its observance by organizations can lead to ambidexterity in the organization's staff.

The study of epistemological beliefs questionnaire Schumer (1992) and information seeking behavior questionnaire Wilson (2000) was used. Cronbach's alpha test, one-sample t, Pearson, simple linear regression and independent t were used by spss20. The results showed that epistemological beliefs of students in the average level (p=0.001, t=96.12); but information seeking behavior of students is lower than the average (p=0.001, t=69.92). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between information seeking behavior and epistemological beliefs. Also the regression results showed that epistemological beliefs of students of 20 percent ability to predict its information-seeking behavior. The results showed that between information seeking behavior of PhD and master's students there are significant differences, but there was disagreement about epistemological beliefs. The statistical population of the study consisted of sports federations and sports delegations, of which 386 employees and their managers were selected as a statistical sample through a face-to-face and online questionnaire, and the results were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Emos software was calculated and the final model was presented. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha method of 93%. The results showed that the appropriate fit of the model was based on the effect of all paths of the proposed research model. The results showed that transformational leadership through communication skills and job adaptation has a positive and significant effect on promoting organizational adaptability. Among them, the most effect is related to the role of transformational leadership on communication skills with an effect rate of 69%. The purpose of this research was to investigate the mediating role of shared leadership in the relationship between organizational capacity and types of innovation in non-profit sports organizations. The research was a descriptive-correlation type that was conducted in the field. 320 questionnaires were purposefully distributed among the members of the sports boards of the northwestern provinces of the country, and at the end, 236 correct questionnaires were collected. The research tools included organizational capacity, organizational innovation and shared leadership questionnaires. MPlus software was used to analyze the research data with maximum likelihood estimation by strong standard error. The results showed that all dimensions of organizational capacity, except financial capacity, had a significant relationship with administrative innovation. In contrast, human capacity and planning capacity had no significant relationship with technical innovation. Also, a significant relationship was found between all dimensions of organizational capacity with shared leadership. But there was no significant relationship between financial capacity and shared leadership. shared leadership was also significantly related to both types of administrative innovation and technical innovation. The evaluation of the hypothesized indirect effects showed that shared leadership has a mediating effect on the relationship between organizational capacity and administrative and technical innovations. But the mediating effect of shared leadership on the relationship between financial capacity and administrative and technical innovation was not confirmed. This research highlighted that the distribution of leadership responsibilities and the participation of members in the organization's decisions increases the possibility of using organizational capacities to improve all types of innovation.
