In this analytic- descriptive research, the statistical sample was equal to population (n=110), that it included total employees of sports and youth offices. The validity of EFQM questionnaire was confirmed by sport specialists and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha (α =0.91). For data analysis we used descriptive (mean…) and inferential (means comparison, K-S test, Spearman correlation coefficients test and fredman analysis) statistics. The results showed that, the mean of Organizational Excellence was (45/60) and the society results (58/62) &resources and commercial cooperations(33/70) criterion had highest and lowest scors. The highest crrolation was between customer and process & resources and employees results (r = 0/75) that was a good crrolation. The lowest crrolation was between resources and commercial cooperation & society results criterion(r = 0/38) that was a poor crrolation. Also sentences of 9 criteria were prioritized respectively. According to the 45/60 score in EFQM, we should pay attention to organizational excellence development in these offices. Also among these criterions according to the low mean of commercial cooperations citeria, we should focus on its development as well as try to keep on the highest criteria (society results).

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate and analyze performance of Iranian athletes in the Asian games compared with those of other competitors. The research method employed was a descriptive-analytic one in an attempt to compare Iranian athletes’ performance with those of the other nine Asian counties attending the Asian games (from 1951 to 2010) in thirteen competition periods held. The required data for this study were obtained through reliable sources associated with the Asian Games. The most significant finding of the study was Iranian’s turbulence and lack of stability in performance compared to the performance of other countries. Presenting a sinusoidal shape (with long-descending and long-ascending mutations) Iranians’ graph of performance lacks stability. Also, there is a significant difference between the total won medals and gold medals at Asian games before and after the Islamic revolution in Iran. Weighted average rating of Iran in Asian Games is 5.23, placing Iran as the fifth most powerful country in Asia after Japan (1.87), South Korea (2.73), China (3.14), and Kazakhstan (4.4). It is recommended that the authorities take measures to develop elite sport facilities, recognize and develop talented athletes and run sport management stability. This way the commissioned athletes to the Olympics will be the elite ones and most likely gain good results and eventually can help the balance and promotion of Iran’s performance at the Asian games.

The method of this research is descriptive - correlation. The statistical population of the study was the official staff of the National Olympic Committee, which returned 88 analytical questionnaires. The tools used in this research were Walton standard quality of work quality questionnaire (1973), Dannyfard and et al, Organizational indifference (2006) and Donald Alfred (2008) Organizational Plateau Questionnaire. Their reliability was 0.87, and 0.75 respectively. For formal and content validity, experts were used and for construct validity the confirmatory factor used. for confirmatory factor analysis for construct validity. To analyze the data and fit the model, Structural Equation Modeling was used using PLS Smart software. The findings shows that the overall quality of life has a negative and reverse effect on the two variables of occupation and organizational indifference. career plateau also has a positive and direct effect on the organizational indifference. Considering the intermediary role of occupation between the two variables of quality of Life quality and organizational indifference, with regard to the significance of the paths, career plateau can be called a partial intermediate variable between two variables. The purpose of this study was to develop an organizational agility communication model and competitive intelligence with the mediation of IT in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The present study is a descriptive-correlative and analytical study conducted field experiment. The statistical population of the study was 940 people. Based on the Cochran formula, 273 people were selected for the research sample. In order to achieve the research objectives, organizational agility questionnaire Sharifi and Zhang (1999), Competitive intelligence, Alla Yar (1391) and Information Technology (Fang et al., 2000) were used. To analyze the data collected from Descriptive and inferential statistical methods including confirmatory factor analysis were used with SPSS v.20 and AMOS.V.18 software. The results of the research showed that the organizational agility path to IT, 23% of the value of information technology variance and the two directions of organizational agility and information technology to competitive intelligence, explains 80% of the value of the variance of competitive intelligence. Therefore, the model of competitive intelligence and organizational agility is maintained by maintaining the role of the mediator of information technology. Based on the results of the analysis, the ministry's managers can, in addition to analyzing key information and optimizing strategic decisions, use competitive intelligence as a means of mastering technology. New ways to develop and boost the country's sport.

In recent years, migration of people is one of the problems of underdeveloped, developing countries and even some of the developed countries. Human resources play a central role in the sustainable development of countries. The present study sought to prioritize the causes that led to the migration of national team athletes from the country. This research was based on the purpose of applied research and on the basis of quantitative-qualitative (mixed) method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all medalists participating in the last two rounds of the Asian and Olympic Games, 177 of whom were randomly selected 118 according to Morgan table. In order to obtain the information needed for structured and semi-structured interviews with a number of coaches and champions of national teams through snowballing to theoretical saturation, the data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. Questionnaire reliability coefficient (0.96) was obtained. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis with SPSS software version 22 and PSL3 software. The research results show that prioritizing the factors affecting the sport migration of national team athletes are as follows: managerial, social, political, psychological, cultural and economic. Each of these factors must be taken into consideration to prevent the migration of human capital to the country.
