The aim of this study was determination of the Relationships of personality treaties and change management with mediator’s role of strategic thinking on sport facility managers in Tehran. Statistical population was whole of sport facility managers. Based on Cochran’s formula sample comprise 384 sport facility managers. In order to collection data Short - scale questionnaire BIG-five dimensions of personality, Change management questionnaire, and strategic thinking questionnaire were use. Descriptive statistics, multiple regression and SEM for data analysis were use. Data analysis revealed that there are a significant relationship between personality treaties with strategic thinking and change management in s sport facility managers (p < 0.05). Also there is a significant relationship between strategic thinking and change management (p < 0.05). Results of SEM showed that personality treaties has direct effect on strategic thinking (pc=0.50) and change management (pc=0.62). Also strategic think has direct effect on change management (pc=0.51). According to result, can be concluded that personality treaties of sport managers with strategic thinking can cause favorable changes in sport Facilities. Therefore it is recommended that sport managers focus on systems thinking and Agreeableness as the most important factors affecting the change management.

The objective of the present study is to analyze the relationship between the psychologicalwellbeing (health) of the athletic and non-athletic teachers and their leisure time activities. The statistical population includes all teachers in Shahin-Shahr, Esfahan, Iran (totally 280 people); by applying the Morgan Table, 167 people are as the sample. To achieve the goals of the study, two questionnaires- Hassanzadeh’s Leisure Time Questionnaire (2006) and Goldberg and Hiller’s Questionnaire (1979) .The validity of both questionnaires was approved by 15 experts and the reliability of the two questionnaires, by Cronbach Alpha; were 0.79 and 0.82 respectively. By using SPSS software and by descriptive and deductive methods (such as Kolmogorov Smirnoff, independent t, single-sample t, Spearman correlation coefficient, Chi-Do and analysis of variance or ANOVA) the data analysis is done. The results show that the teachers’ psychological health is meaningfully at a good level (t=12.22, P=0.001). Furthermore, the athletic teachers spend more of their free time on exercising than the non-athletic ones. The purpose of this research is to develop a model of knowledge management and strategic thinking based on organizational readiness in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The statistical population consisted of all employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth of Tehran (890 people). By simple random sampling, 350 individuals were selected as sample. The research method is quantitative and correlational, and instrumental measurement; organizational preparedness standard questionnaire Ziaee et al. (2011), Hemati Knowledge Management (2010), and Manourian et al. (2012). Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 10 experts of sport management and their reliability was Cronbach's alpha coefficient for organizational readiness 0.78, strategic thinking 0.83 and knowledge management 0.75. In order to analyze the data, binomial test and structural equation modeling were used through Smart-PLS software. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between organizational readiness for establishing managerial knowledge and strategic thinking. Also, results showed that KM has a significant effect on strategic thinking. The study of goodness of fitness fit of the model also showed that the structural model of knowledge management and strategic thinking based on the organizational readiness of the brush has a suitable and acceptable (GOF =0.24). Managers can consider organizational readiness as an indicator of the organization's future success in order to deploy and promote unique strategies

The purpose of the present research is to design a model of structural theorem of interpersonal trust and political behavior on the effectiveness of personnel in workplaces of sport and youth in Hamedan and Kermanshah provinces. The research methodology is survey research and correlative survey. The statistic group is all employees of sport and youth offices consisting of 168 individuals. The selected research sample is a whole measurement that finally 152 questionnaires are received. For gathering data three questionnaires of interpersonal trust of Cook and Wall (1980), DuBrin’s questionnaire of Political Behavior (1987), and Moghimi’s questionnaire of Effectiveness are used. The validity of questionnaires are affirmed by ten professors of sport management. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach’s Alpha method which for questionnaires of interpersonal trust, Political Behavior, and Effectiveness are (0.80, 0.79, and 0.83) respectively. For analyzing the data, Pierson’s coefficient correlation and model of Structural Theorem were used. The range of parameters of GFI=0.93, AGFI=0.91, NFI=0.95, CFI=0.97, RMSEA=0.033 represented that the structural model was proper. The findings showed that the component of political behavior with Beta coefficient (0.47) is a stronger forecaster than interpersonal trust with Beta coefficient (0.39) for effectiveness. It means that interpersonal trust and political behavior lead to more effectiveness between personnel in workplace.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the perception of leadership style in sport, practices of applying power by coaches and sport commitment on the satisfaction of athletes Individual and team disciplines in the city of Kermanshah. The population of this study sample included individual and team athletes who had continuous exercise for at least 6 months that using variance estimation of 30 prototypes, 301 persons were considered as sample size. Also, the construct validity of the questionnaire was examined using confirmatory factor analysis and the Composit reliability and Cronbach's alpha was used to assess the reliability of the questions which the results of all questionnaires were obtained above 0.7. For data analysis, was used using two spss 22 and LISREL software 8.80. The results showed that the factors of leadership in sports, practices of coaches for applying power and sport commitment can predict and explain 0.55 of changes in satisfaction of athletes. Therefore, it is suggested that coaches to achieve satisfaction of their athletes, which can lead to success and the effectiveness of individual and group performance, pay special attention to particular types of democratic leadership styles and practices of applying specialized power.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and efficiency of in-service training of physical education teachers. The study population was all 180 physical education teachers in Qazvin. According to Morgan table, 118 individuals were selected randomly as the sample. To achieve the research objectives of job training and job satisfaction questionnaire of Smith, Kendall and Hulin was used. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov - Smirnov, Student's t-test, independent t-test and linear regression models with SPSS software was used. The results showed that the quality of in-service educational courses and job satisfaction of physical education teachers at the intermediate level is desirable (P>0.05). The efficiency of in-service training there is a significant relationship with job satisfaction and quality of physical education teachers in-service training periods of physical education teachers have the ability to predict job satisfaction (P>0.05). Also, the efficiency of the service and the satisfaction of physical education teachers there is no significant difference. So choosing the right kind of in-service courses for teachers can have many advantages such as job satisfaction.

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of goal-orientation and competition anxiety with performance of young wrestlers. This research was based on descriptive-correlation statistics. Statistical population was including all the young participated wrestlers in Ardabil wrestling championship in summer 1393 with 150 people. The sample was selected equal with population. Research tools was Task and ego orientation in sport questionnaire (Duda & Nicholls, 1992) and sport competition anxiety test (Martens, Veale & Burton, 1990) and the study results wrestlers. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire was certified 0.80 and 0.90. The results have shown a positive meaningful relationship between task orientation and sport performance. However, the relationship between ego orientation and sport performance was not meaningful. Also, there was a negative meaningful relationship between competition anxiety and sport performance. Logistic regression model has shown that, with an exception for task orientation variable, the two other variables are able %76.4 to predict changes in dependent variable of the performance. The results have shown that to improve sport performance, it is necessary to pay more attention to the purposeful performance type and competition anxiety level

The purpose of this study was to predict the loyalty of employees of N.O.P.A through brand image .The research was applied and method was descriptive that was carried through correlation analysis. The statistical population was all employees and managers of NOPA (60 p) and samples was equal with population. Finally 49 questionnaires have been completed and analyzed. For data gathering we used the brand image questionnaire (bruner & stacklin,2008) and the employee’s loyalty questionnaire (Hosseini et al, 2011). Because of abnormal data distribution of one variable, the Spearman Correlation test has been used. The results showed that there is positive and significant correlation between Brand Image and employee’s loyalty. The results of linear regression showed that Brand Image could predict 48% of employee’s loyalty variance. In regard of these findings we can suggest to the NOPA managers that first that all recognize their brand aspects well and then present them to employees and try to plan the organization’s performance in line with their brand characters.

The present study was an attempt to investigate the relationship between branding laws in sporting goods and customer satisfaction level. The population of this study consisted of 850 physical education students in undergraduate and post graduate levels in the University of Mashhad and according to the Morgan table 256 individuals were randomly selected to take part in the stud as the main participants. The instruments used were a) the validated and b) customer satisfaction questionnaire (Bnsordy, 1389). The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and professors of physical education while their reliability was obtained following the administration to 50 participants similar to the main participants of the study. The Chronbach’s alpha recorded for the researcher-made questionnaire for branding and customer satisfaction questionnaire was 0.81and 0.85, respectively. In order to analyze the collected data, employing LISREL 11software and SPSS version 18, descriptive and inferential statistical techniques such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Pearson correlation were used. The findings showed a significant positive relationship between the laws of branding in sporting goods and the level of customer satisfaction.

The aim of this research was to investigate the role of the third world rock climbing festival of Bisotun on tourism development in Kermanshah province. This study is descriptive analytical that has been done as field research. The statistical population was all officials of the third world rock climbing festival of Bisotun and sample considered the population(N=74). The instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire which its validity proved by university students and experts and its reliability calculated by chronbach alpha as 0.89. Inferential analysis (one sample T test) was used for analysis. The results showed that the third world rock climbing festival of Bisotun had significant impact on political, sociocultural an environmental dimensions of tourism development by the mean equal to 4.27, 4 and 3.47 respectively. But this impact wasn’t significant for economic impact by the mean of 3.06. Although the festival was effective on political, sociocultural and environmental dimensions of tourism development in Kermanshah province, but it hadn’t a remarkable economic profit for the host society.

Hosting in team sports has an important role in determining the outcome of a game. This research aims to address the influence of hosting on the performance of teams in Iran's Premiere League. The current research is of analytical- descriptive type as has been conducted as a field study. The data acquisition was done with the library method. The statistical population and sample are equal and include 23 teams of Iran's Premiere League during 2007-2008, 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 seasons. To analyze the data, kolmogorov test, single-variable regression and Multiple regression were used. Multiple regression analysis indicated that, Home game score (0.996), Number of failures in home games (0.742) and Number of conceded goals in home games (-0.437), were determined as the strongest predicators of factors influencing sportive performance of football teams in premier league. According to the results, it can conclude that the increasing of home game score, decreasing of number of failures in home games and decreasing of conceded goals in home games, have effect on improvement performance of Iran football teams in premier league. In a nutshell, the results indicate that hosting have a noticeable effect on the efficacy of the teams in Iran's Premiere League.

The purpose of this study was to investigate The relationship between Organizational Learning Culture, Motivation to Learn, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Internal Service Quality in Employees of Physical Education and Sport Science Faculties. For this purpose Xie, Di (2005) questionnaire have used. Reliability of the questionnaire after a pilot study (with 30 person) amd using Cronbach's alpha test (α =0/87) respectively. Statistical population desired to study all the Physical Education College staff of Azad University from district 8 that of have formed and sample population is equal (N=n=55). Descriptive and inferential statistics (person and regression) methods for data analysis were used. Findings showed, between motivation to learn (p< 0/02, r =0/324) and job satisfaction (p< 0/01, r =0/56) and internal service quality was positive and significant correlation (p< 0/05) exist. Also 31% of the variability is the internal service quality by independent variables explain. Note that the use of variables in research to improve the internal service quality of employees, and provide components through the strategic application of human resource managers and leaders of organizations will not be possible.

This study was examine relationship between Psychological factors of Human Capital and Organizational Agility in North Khorasan Administration of Sport and Youth. Statistical population was 105 person that all of them were selected as statistical sample. The research instrument was organizational agility questionnaire from Sharifi and Zhang (2001) and human capital assessment scale of Naderi (2011). Their reliability with 30 questionnaires distributed prior to the implementation of research by using Cronbach's alpha (human capital α=0.8954 and organizational agility α = 0.812) obtained and validity of questionnaires confirmed by 12 experts. For data analysis, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation and percent) and inferential statistics (k-s tests, one-sample t-test, pearson coefficient of correlation and stepwise multiple regression) used. Results showed: the status of Psychological factors of Human capital in North Khorasan Administration of Sport and Youth was upper than average (mean=3.443). Organizational agility status was upper than average (mean=3.421). there was significant and positive correlation between total index of human capital and organizational agility (r= 0.645). Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that components of human capital, cognitive skill with coefficient (R=0.457) and meta-cognitive competences (R=0.510) can predict organizational agility. So we can conclude that whatever human capital of personnel be more we can see more organizatinal agility.

Regarding to scholars neglects for studying another different models, this research was designed with aim of investigating the role of organizational culture dimensions on effectiveness in sports and youth offices of Hamadan. Numbers of 111 employees from eight sport and youth offices of Hamadan province selected by Morgan and Kerejci Table and responded to organizational effectiveness in sport and organizational culture questionnaires. Validity of questionnaires was confirmed by 12 sport management experts and their reliability calculated .97 and .90, respectively. In addition of exist of strong correlation between all components of organizational culture with the organizational effectiveness stepwise linear regression analysis results indicated that components of organizational continuity (β= .16, t= 2.13), strategic emphasis (β= .29, t= 4.29), success criteria (β= .42, t= 5.85) and distinctive characteristics (β= .14, t= 2.23) were the best predictors of organizational effectiveness. According to these findings, it seems that various departments of sports require organic models and we recommend to administrators, in addition to maintaining the balance of four models of organizational effectiveness in the sport organizations, making of organizational culture in generally and competitive values and emphasizing on the long-term goals in especially for designing structure of their organization.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavioral factors of strategic and operational plans of public sports in Iran. Regarding the research goal, the present research is aimed at using a variety of applied-development research that is conducted in the field of strategic and analytical research. The statistical population of this research consisted of all members of the board of directors and chairmen of the federation of sport federation, academic elite and federation experts (N = 221), which, according to the limited number of the research community, were all sampled. Data collection method includes library studies, Delphi method and finally a researcher-made questionnaire.The reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha coefficient more than α = 0.8. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the collected data. Mean, standard deviation of descriptive statistics as well as inferential statistics, one-sample T-test, Friedman and confirmatory factor analysis were used for data analysis. All computations were also performed using AMOS 23 and SPSS 22 software. The fitting goodness index, which indicates that this is acceptable for fitting the model, is acceptable and represents the confirmation of the research model. Other fitting indicators for structural equations of the Tuker-Lewis Index; Benthaler-Bonnet fitting index; Adaptive fit index and fit index are normative; all of them indicate the fitting fit and validation of the confirmatory model of the organizational behavior factors of the public sports of the country.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the effect of organizational agility on organizational performance with the role of mediator of intellectual capital among employees of sport and youth departments in western provinces of Iran by presenting a model. The research method is descriptive and correlation based on the structural equation model. The statistical population of this study was all employees of sport and youth departments (Kermanshah, Kordestan, Hamedan, Lorestan and Ilam) (453 people), using 284 people who were selected using Krejcie and Morgan tables. For collecting data, three standard questionnaires of Intellectual Capital (Bontis) (1996), organizational agility Sharifi and Zhang (2001) and organizational performance of Yang et al. (2004) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the sports management professors and their reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. The findings showed that organizational agility had a 59% positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Intellectual capital also had a 45% impact on performance as an intermediary variable, and the effect of organizational agility on intellectual capital was reported as 71%, which had the highest effect in the research model. The test results of the research model indices were fit for fit and the research model was confirmed. These findings suggest that, in sports and youth departments, senior managers can achieve better organizational performance by providing the necessary platforms for intellectual development and intellectual capital.

Today, organizations would be successful and could survive in the competitive world that constantly apply new ideas in the organization. The purpose of this study is to explore and develop individual characteristics affecting the development of Fars Province Physical Education Staff’s creativity based on path analysis model. Research method was Descriptive and correlational. The social research is all the physical education staff of Fars Province (N=430). In which 300 Persons have been selected through a multi-stage sampling method (cluster, stratified random). The data analysed through path analysis (with software LISREL 8.50) and a good indicator of the value of the test. The results showed that three factors of individual characteristics and significant indirect effect on creativity of staff (Pimpact on employee creativity was confirmed (Pvariables (positive affect, self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation and personal characteristics) as well as the most direct effect on intrinsic motivation and creativity of employees of the variable is 23/0. Regarding to individual characteristics can help managers to identify and implement creative staff.

The instruments used in this study were the Perceptual Quality Measurement Questionnaire (SERVQUAL) by Parasouramon et al. (1988) and Grout Customer Citizenship Behavior Inventory (2005) and Bateson et al (2006) Customer Satisfaction Inventory to evaluate the variables of the research. The formal and content validity of each questionnaire was approved by15sports management professors in the field of organizational behavior. To analyze the research findings, correlation coefficient, bootstrap method and structural equations and SPSS and PLS were utilized. The results of commitment role of the sports clubs in Isfahan were confirmed as a mediator role.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perception social Status on work engagement in teachers of physical education in Kermanshah city. The statistical population consist all teachars of physical education in Kermanshah city. Simple random sampling method and sample size were 218 people. Participants completed social Status questionnaire and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. The data analysis was performed using one-sample t-test and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Validity and reliability of the Measurement models were confirmed.The results of single-sample t-test showed that the level of perception social prestige (2.71 ± 0.60) and work engagement (2.36 ± 0.49) in the studied society were lower than average. The Structural equation modeling revealed that social Status effected on work engagement (β=0.71). In addition, perception social Status also explains 0.50 work engagement variances. The results of this study show the importance of paying attention to the social Status of teachers and make it as a factor in promoting work engagement at school.

The aim of current investigation The development of organizational health model based on organizational Virtuousness among youth and sport ministry staff of islamic republic of iran. Statistical Sample research, including 397 persons youth and sport ministry staff of islamic republic of iran was determined and Statistical sample were selected by Random Sampling. Measurement tools in the study for gathering data was Organizational Virtuousness Cameron questionnaire (2004) and organizational health Hoy and et al. questionnaire (1996) that the content validity of the questionnaires confirmed by 15 Sport Managment professors so questionnaire's reliability was approved respectively, α= 0/864 and α= 0/932 By Cronbach's alpha. Data Using Structural Equation Modeling via Software LISRELwere analyzed. Results the structural model of organizational health based on organizational Virtuousness showed that All questions have a significant effect are the model (P< 0/01). Fitting indicators structural model is a good fitness and organizational health Could have a significant effect on organizational Virtuousness among youth and sport ministry staff (P< 0/01, T= 11/51, β= 0/71).

The aim of this study was to determine the role of social responsibility on the team's performance of Persepolis Club with the mediating of fans' satisfaction. The research method is descriptive and type of correlation with structural equation approach. The statistical population of all fans of Persepolis Club and sample size was 395 according to Morgan table. For collecting research data was used from a questionnaire Galbraith's (2010) social responsibility, Oliver's (1993) satisfaction, and a questionnaire from Glenn (2003), Hosseini (1395), Cooper and Suter (2011) were used to measure team performance. The content validity and formality of the questionnaires were confirmed by 10 sports management professors, structural validity through convergent and divergent validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used with structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results were analyzed using SPSS 22 and Smart PLS 3 software. Findings from the research report the direct and positive effects of social responsibility on team performance and fans' satisfaction, as well as the direct and positive effects of satisfaction on team performance. In addition, the minor role of mediator of satisfaction in relation to social responsibility and team performance was confirmed. It is suggested that the Managers, coaches and players of Persepolis Club, with their social responsibility, in the four dimensions of economic, ethical, legal and humanitarian, increase the satisfaction and club team performance from fans' perspective.

The aim of this study was to compare and prioritize the factors influencing on satisfaction of the wrestlers of national team. Samples in this paper were 110 people in 1932. Due to the small size of the statistical population, all samples were selected. Athlete satisfaction questionnaire (ASQ) was used to collect information. Internal consistency of the questionnaire was 0/78-0/95 from main producer's view. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, Friedman test and Spearman correlation coefficients were used. Results showed that there is satisfaction relation among the dimension of priorities of satisfaction of the wrestlers (p≥0/05, sig = 0/001), and it included satisfaction with the individual participation, strategy, education and training, and personal behavior. Significant negative relationship between the ages of wrestlers and satisfaction was another finding (r = 0/19, P≥0/05). By increasing the age of wrestlers, satisfaction decreased. Also significant negative relation exits between level of education and satisfaction (r = 0/2, P≥0/05). By increasing the level of education, satisfaction decreased. Overall, priorities obtained in this study showed that, except the first priority which is related to the extent of participation, enthusiasm and commitment to the athletes, other priorities were related to the coaches, which have the main share in the satisfaction of wrestlers of national teams.

The purpose of this descriptive-analytical study, which was conducted in the field, was to investigate the mediating role of coach's humor in relation to the transformational (inspiring) leadership of coaches and the motivation of elite athletes to achieve sports. The statistical population of the study included all athletes of men's and women's sports teams in Khorasan Razavi province present in the country's premier leagues in 1399 with a total of 268 people, which was a simple random number of 158 people using Morgan and Krejcie table formula as a statistical sample. They were selected and answered the standard questionnaires of Ismaili Sports Motivation (2014), Transformational Leadership of Bass and Olivier (2000) and Tenderness of Martin et al. (1988). The content and face validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by the professors of sports management. Also, the reliability of the instrument was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha test. Structural equation method and Smart PLS software version 2 were used to analyze the data and examine the relationships between the variables. Findings showed that transformational (inspiring) leadership and coaches 'humor have a significant effect on athletes' athletic achievement motivation. Humor also plays a mediating role in the impact of transformational leadership on athletes' athletic development motivation. According to the findings, coaches can become transformational leaders who inspire athletes and lead them to higher levels of success.

The aim of the present study was a comparative study to assess the tendency of female athletes to use hijab in Iran and selected Arab countries. The present study was a descriptive comparative study that was performed by field method. The statistical population of the study included female athletes in Iran and Arab countries. 195 people in Iran and 187 people from Arab countries (Iraq, UAE, Jordan, Bahrain, Qatar) were selected through available sampling as a research sample. The research instrument included a questionnaire on the tendency to use hijab, Khajeh Nouri et al. (2012). The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed and its reliability in a pilot study was 0.80 through Cronbach's alpha.The questionnaire was translated into Persian in Iran and translated into Arabic for selected countries, and was distributed to participants electronically through cyberspace. Finally, 382 questionnaires were collected. Manova multivariate analysis of variance using spss22 software was used to analyze the data. Findings of the study showed that there was no significant difference in the components of appearance, individual outcomes, sports factors and social consequences of Iranian female athletes with a significantly higher mean, in the components of optimal coverage and knowledge of philosophy and religious rules.
