The aim of this study was to determine the structural relationships between organizational indifference, organizational virtue, organizational justice and quality of work life of employees of the General Departments of Sports and Youth in the northwestern provinces of Iran. The statistical population included 204 official employees working in the general departments of sports and youth of the northwest provinces of Iran (East Azerbaijan, 86 people; West Azerbaijan, 57 people; and Ardabil, 61 people). There were 204 employees (134 males and 65 females) and based on the total sampling method, all individuals were selected as the statistical sample. Danaifard (2010) Organizational Indifference Questionnaire, Cameron et al.'s (2004) Organizational Virtue, Walton (1973) Quality of Work Life Questionnaire, and Niehoff & Morman (1993) Organizational Justice Questionnaire were used to collect data. Data were analyzed in the form of structural equation modeling using Spss22 and Amos24 software.
