Volunteers are valuable resources for sports organizations and many sports organizations cannot survive without them. Therefore, they need a basic and correct management plan. The aim of the current research was to design an architectural model of volunteer forces in sports with a dualistic approach. More specifically, based on the process of the meta-synthesis research method, first, 312 papers were identified by searching the relevant databases. Second, 55 papers were selected by screening the above-mentioned papers. Finally, the model of the study was developed by analyzing the selected papers. Finally, the 4 dimensions of drives (management, organizational, physical, strategic and motivational values), managerial functions (planning, recruitment, selection, familiarization and training, recognition, monitoring and evaluation, and maintenance), The behavior of human resources (individual, group and organizational) and consequences (individual, social, economic and social) were identified. In the division related to Ambidextrous Management of human resources, managerial, organizational, physical components, strategic values, planning, recruitment, selection and selection, familiarization and training, monitoring and evaluation, organizational behavior in the category of empowering actions, motivational component in The category of motivational actions, components of individual behavior, group behavior, individual, organizational and social consequences were included in the category of opportunity-creating actions.

The purpose of the present study was to design and validate organizational virtue models in sport organizations. This study's objectives are functional and its content is descriptive correlative. The statistical Society of the study was all the managers and office staff of Sports and Youth organization of the West of the country which was opted purposefully. Gathering the required data was conducted through questionnaires, the face value of of which was confirmed by the experts of the field (14 people). Also, its reliability was approved by using alpha Cronbach test (0.83) and combined reliability. LISREL-SPSS24 software was used in order to examine and analyze the data and also the process of the model through structural equations sampling. The results of the present study showed that the following factors had a significant role in in assessing the organizational virtue structure: organizational structure(0.76, organizational Justice (0.74), work ethics (0.72), spirituality at work (0.73), psychological capital (0.69), spiritual intelligence (0.75), quality of communication (0.91), educational investment ( 0.92), discipline (0.90), behavioral virtues(0.91), behavioral well-being (0.80), social dignity (0.96) and citizenship behavior (0.92). Based on the model, it can generally be stated that the sports and youth offices, by emphasizing on an individual and organizational discipline, pain special attention to holding educational courses, making efforts to improve social dignities and betterment of behavioral virtues can take major steps towards increasingly expanding their organizational virtue.

The purpose of this research was to analyzed the relationship between work ethic with job satisfaction and organizational commitment of events volunteers in sport. The method that applied in this research was descriptive-correlation. The research statistic population consists of all volunteers participating in twelfth sport-cultural Olympiad of male and female students of universities all around the country. In fact, 133 persons were evaluated as the sample of the research. For collecting data, it was used from two questionnaires work ethic of Petty (1990), satisfaction of volunteer experiences of Mallaei et al (2009) and organizational commitment of Allen and Mayer (1991). To determine the causal relationship between variables collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between work ethic and Satisfaction, work ethic and organizational commitment, Satisfaction and organizational commitment Volunteers. Also there is an indirect, positive and significant relationship the mediating role of satisfaction between work ethic and organizational commitment. It is recommended to athletic directors to increase satisfaction in sport volunteers by providing ethic codes and developing work ethic principles and through continue to develop their partnership.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between Job Satisfaction and organizational justice with Procrastination among sport corps Staff of Hamedan city. The method applied in this research was descriptive-correlation. A sample of 162 employees was randomly selected. The data collected from questionnaires procrastination of Tuchman (1991), Job Satisfaction of Berifildoross (1951) and organizational justice of Neyhof and Mormen (1993). Face and content validity of the questionnaires were examined and approved by experts. Collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression coefficient. The result of research showed that no significant correlation exists between Job Satisfaction and Procrastination and interactional justice with Procrastination. The results showed that there was significant negative correlation between procrastination with organizational justice, distributive justice, procedural Justice. The results of the stepwise regression showed that previse distributive justice, procedural Justice of the procrastination 17%. Directors can by use of Suitable dispensation and apply Just Procedure in Organization, increase distributive justice and procedural justice scale and in this way decrease staff Procrastination scale in Organization.

The aims of this study was prioritizing and Identifying the factors and barriers to sport participation of Disabled people of Ahvaz city. The research was practical of purpose and of data collection is descriptive - survey considered. Statistical population of study included Disabled people of Ahvaz city (N = 720) that 190 people were randomly selected. Instruments for gathering data was Questionnaire That Gashtasbi (1391) used in her study. Descriptive statistics for describing variables, and inferential statistics (Friedman test, One Sample T Test) to test hypothesis and ranking the factors; also, for ensuring of data normal distribution Kolmogrov-Smirnov test was used. The results In order of importance showed that health and wellness factors, joy and vitality factors and social interaction factors the most important factors affecting participation in physical activity And barriers of sports participation among disabled people was economic factors, environmental (transport) factors, facilities factors, and socio-cultural factors .
