The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between individual and organizational time management skills among the managers of physical education in East Azerbaijan. To this research, we used the correlation method. Our statistical society contained 100 people consisting of general director and deputies (4), heads of physical education of the provinces (20), heads of sport delegations (38) and their vice-chairmen (38). The sample size was considered as the same as the population size. The instrument used in this research consists of a questionnaire about individual and organizational skills, time management and six dimensions of it. To analyze the data, we got profit of the inferential statistical tests such as Pearson correlation test, Independent T-test, and one-way ANOVA. The outcomes showed that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between individual and organizational skills and time management (α:0/05, R:0/216). Besides, there is a connection between personal skills with four aspects of targeting (R:0/457), Prioritizing Goals and Activities (R:0/241), Operational Planning (0/334) and managing the relations (R:0/216). Also, there wasn’t any significant difference in comparison to individual and organizational skills in time management according to managers individual characteristic such as age (α:0/147, T:1/752) gender (α:0/124, T:2/258), study field (α:0/125, T:3/25) and job background (α:1/80, T:0/09).
