The purpose of this study was to assess the identity and personality of the teams of the Iranian Women's Football Premier League from the perspective of their players. This applied research was conducted by descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population was the players of the women's soccer teams that participated in the Premier League. In order to collect data, a 52-item researcher-made questionnaire was used which had six factors. 94 questionnaires were statistically analyzed. Descriptive statistics were used to describe frequency, mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics were used for Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, one-sample t-test, multivariate regression and structural equation model. For statistical operations, SPSS software version 26 and Smart PLS software version 3 were used. The reliability of the questionnaire based on Cronbach's alpha was estimated to be 0.871. Based on the research results, the dimensions of talent, success, entertainment, commitment, admiration and care explain the personality model of the women's soccer premier league teams, which was derived from the sum of success and talent subscales, performance factor and from the sum of admiration and care subscales, character factor. . The general model of structural equations of the research was obtained using the goodness of fit criterion of 0.563, which confirmed a very good fit of the general model of the research. According to the results of this study, sports managers and coaches of clubs can take effective steps to improve the level of performance of players and also improve the image of identity and personality of their team and club in order to attract sponsors and fans by using the dimensions and variables that explain each dimension. Take.

The aim of this study is to investigate the role of sport participation motivations (SPM) on productivity of employees of public universities of Tehran with the mediation role of employee voice. The research method is descriptive-correlation and, with a structural equation approach. The statistical population(9451 persons) consists of the employees of public universities of Tehran in 2018. 594 people were selected as the sample size and through possible sampling by the relative class method. and 538 questionnaires Checked out that were selected through stratified random sampling. The questionnaires were Hersey & Goldsmith Productivity Questionnaire (1980) Hams employee Voice (2012) and a researcher-made questionnaire of employees SPM. Face validity was checked with experts’ advices. Also confirmatory factor analysis was used for Structural validity. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated by Cronbach's alpha for productivity (0.857), employee Voice (0.829) and SPM (0.772) respectively. Data analysis was performed by Smart-PlS and SPSS softwares. The results showed that the SPM and, employee voice are related to productivity and%38 of the total effect of SPM, on productivity was explained by the mediator variable of employee voice. Also, the GOF fit n with 0.34 , indicates a moderate upward fit.

In recent years, migration of people is one of the problems of underdeveloped, developing countries and even some of the developed countries. Human resources play a central role in the sustainable development of countries. The present study sought to prioritize the causes that led to the migration of national team athletes from the country. This research was based on the purpose of applied research and on the basis of quantitative-qualitative (mixed) method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all medalists participating in the last two rounds of the Asian and Olympic Games, 177 of whom were randomly selected 118 according to Morgan table. In order to obtain the information needed for structured and semi-structured interviews with a number of coaches and champions of national teams through snowballing to theoretical saturation, the data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. Questionnaire reliability coefficient (0.96) was obtained. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for data analysis with SPSS software version 22 and PSL3 software. The research results show that prioritizing the factors affecting the sport migration of national team athletes are as follows: managerial, social, political, psychological, cultural and economic. Each of these factors must be taken into consideration to prevent the migration of human capital to the country.

The present study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of the method of conducting quantitative research and the type of Structural Equation Modeling Research (SEM) that was used to construct a conceptual model of research using the method of Grounded Theory (systematic). The statistical population of the study consisted of all the heads of the ministry of sport and football federation, academics and professors of the university, media representatives, managers of football clubs, coaches, players and referees who were qualified (N = 165). This was selected using purposeful sampling method. To collect data, a questionnaire was made through interviews with experts and scholars were prepared. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was obtained by 10 professors and experts and the reliability of the tool was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 897). In order to examine the factor structure of the questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis was used to identify 18 of the 71 items was leading. Data compiled by confirmatory factor analysis using partial least squares (PLS) were used to assess the validity was confirmed. Considering the significant coefficient values obtained with 95% of confidence in the structural model, all the causal, subjective, interventional, strategy and consequence factors had a significant and positive effect on the pivotal phenomenon of corruption. Only did the relation between causal, subjective, interventional and strategy factors have a significant negative effect on the results.

The purpose of study was to design a model for the physical education teachers’ professional characteristics and competencies. It is a field survey. The population included the whole Tehran physical education teachers whose number total equaled 650 individuals. The sample included 242 participants (both male and female) selected by the cluster random sampling based on Krejcie and Morgan's (1970) table. The instrument to measure the physical education teachers’ competencies was a structured questionnaire which the face and content validity were confirmed by the university experts and professors specialized in the field of education. Moreover, the construct validity was evaluated using AMOS software. The reliability was also assessed by Cronbach's alpha (internal consistency=0.88). Inferential statistics is composed of the one sample t-test, the confirmatory factor analysis, and the structural equation modeling. The results showed that the educational competencies as well as the professional development competencies had the highest value of factor loading. In contrast, the technology competencies had the lowest value of factor loading. In conclusion, the teachers’ positive behaviors in their students and the students’ parents must be maintained and the new technologies in education must be improved.
