Volunteers are valuable resources for sports organizations and many sports organizations cannot survive without them. Therefore, they need a basic and correct management plan. The aim of the current research was to design an architectural model of volunteer forces in sports with a dualistic approach. More specifically, based on the process of the meta-synthesis research method, first, 312 papers were identified by searching the relevant databases. Second, 55 papers were selected by screening the above-mentioned papers. Finally, the model of the study was developed by analyzing the selected papers. Finally, the 4 dimensions of drives (management, organizational, physical, strategic and motivational values), managerial functions (planning, recruitment, selection, familiarization and training, recognition, monitoring and evaluation, and maintenance), The behavior of human resources (individual, group and organizational) and consequences (individual, social, economic and social) were identified. In the division related to Ambidextrous Management of human resources, managerial, organizational, physical components, strategic values, planning, recruitment, selection and selection, familiarization and training, monitoring and evaluation, organizational behavior in the category of empowering actions, motivational component in The category of motivational actions, components of individual behavior, group behavior, individual, organizational and social consequences were included in the category of opportunity-creating actions.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ethical leadership and social responsibility on the organizational reputation of sports and youth departments in Golestan province. This research is a descriptive-correlational study that has been conducted in the field. The statistical population of this study consisted of all employees of sports and youth departments of Golestan province (N = 208), 122 of them were used as available sampling method as a sample. After confirming the face and content validity of the questionnaires, data was collected using Brown et al.'s (With α = 0.91; CR = 0.96), Ethical Leadership Questionnaire, Carol's Social Responsibility Questionnaire (with α = 0.86; CR = 0.90), and Lima-Aho's Organizational Reputation Questionnaire (with α = 0.93; CR = 0.95). Descriptive and inferential statistics were used for statistical analysis of data using SPSS and PLS software. The results of inferential data analysis showed that ethical leadership had a positive and significant effect on organizational reputation(0.31) and employees 'social responsibility (0.81), also social responsibility on employees' organizational reputation had a significant effect (0.59). According to the findings of the present study, It is suggested that the sports and youth departments, by observing the ethical principles and criteria in their organization, improve the responsibility of employees and the organization, which will show a good and pleasant image of the organization among the community that operates.

The purpose of the present study was to design and validate organizational virtue models in sport organizations. This study's objectives are functional and its content is descriptive correlative. The statistical Society of the study was all the managers and office staff of Sports and Youth organization of the West of the country which was opted purposefully. Gathering the required data was conducted through questionnaires, the face value of of which was confirmed by the experts of the field (14 people). Also, its reliability was approved by using alpha Cronbach test (0.83) and combined reliability. LISREL-SPSS24 software was used in order to examine and analyze the data and also the process of the model through structural equations sampling. The results of the present study showed that the following factors had a significant role in in assessing the organizational virtue structure: organizational structure(0.76, organizational Justice (0.74), work ethics (0.72), spirituality at work (0.73), psychological capital (0.69), spiritual intelligence (0.75), quality of communication (0.91), educational investment ( 0.92), discipline (0.90), behavioral virtues(0.91), behavioral well-being (0.80), social dignity (0.96) and citizenship behavior (0.92). Based on the model, it can generally be stated that the sports and youth offices, by emphasizing on an individual and organizational discipline, pain special attention to holding educational courses, making efforts to improve social dignities and betterment of behavioral virtues can take major steps towards increasingly expanding their organizational virtue.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of peer leaders' behavior with team commitment and team effectiveness among shahrood futsal teams. This research is descriptive- correlational type. The research population consisted of all shahrood futsal teams players (N= 200). All players completed questionnaires and analyzed as study sample. In order to data gathering used of multifactor leadership (Bass & Avolio, 1995), team commitment (Scanlan, et al., 2004) and team effectiveness (Larson & Lafasto, 2001) scales. To analyze the data used of Cronbach's alpha, Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling. Findings indicated that transformational leadership style of peers has direct, positive and significant effect on commitment and team effectiveness. Also transformational style indirectly through team commitment has positive and significant effect on team effectiveness. Team commitment as a mediator variable has direct and positive effect on team effectiveness. Endogenous Variables’ R-Square indicated that 30% and 23% of team effectiveness and team commitment variance respectively is explained by exogenous variables. Finally, Results indicate that the peer leaders’ behavior has created a higher level of commitment within the team and the commitment increase the effectiveness of the team.
