One of the neglected issues in sports organizations is paying attention to retirement and having a suitable model for manpower retirement with the least harm to the organization. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the general aim of analyzing the path of manpower retirement pattern in sports. The present research method is a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) which in terms of purpose is exploratory research and in terms of results is part of basic and applied research. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section included experts related to the subject and sampling in this section was done purposefully and snowball technique. The statistical population in the quantitative part included all sports managers and experts, sports coaches who were sampled by simple random sampling. The measuring instruments of the research were interview (qualitative part) and questionnaire (quantitative part). The interview was conducted in a semi-structured manner and the results of the interviews were used to construct a questionnaire and distributed after confirming its validity and reliability. In order to analyze the path of the manpower retirement model in sports, structural equation analysis was used with the help of Smart PLS software version 3. Reforming the structure and reducing the surplus forces on transparent and logical indicators has a positive and significant effect on the planning and implementation of the plan and planning and recruitment and retirement of human resources (p = 0.01), as well as meritocracy and succession on transparent and logical indicators on the program. The planning and implementation of the plan for managing, recruiting and retiring manpower has a positive and significant effect.

The purpose of this research was modeling the mediating effects of Social Responsibility in the relationship between professional ethics of the managers and citizenship civic moral among football clubs' fans in Premier League Football of Iran. The research method is correlational with structural equation approach and applied research, which was conducted as a field study. The statistical population of this research was all the fans of the national football league in 1397, who were present at the stadium to watch their favorite football team matches. Using the sample size formula for an unlimited society, 303 people were selected as samples. Three questionnaires were used to collect information: Eidi and colleagues' professional ethics questionnaire (1395), the researcher-made citizenship ethics questionnaire and Bakhshande social responsibility questionnaire (1391). Collected data were analyzed by inferential methods such as Pearson correlation coefficient, Sobel test and structural equation model. The results of the research showed that there is a significant relationship between professional ethics and its components, and social responsibility and its components with the citizens' ethics of the supporters. Finally, the model of the research indicated that the model and the desired model fit the research variables. According to the results, it seems that social responsibility of the club can act as a mediating variable between the managers' ethics and civil ethics and the citizenship of the fans, and professional ethics, thereby, reveal their effects on the ethics of the citizenry of the fans.

The purpose of the present research is to design a model of structural theorem of interpersonal trust and political behavior on the effectiveness of personnel in workplaces of sport and youth in Hamedan and Kermanshah provinces. The research methodology is survey research and correlative survey. The statistic group is all employees of sport and youth offices consisting of 168 individuals. The selected research sample is a whole measurement that finally 152 questionnaires are received. For gathering data three questionnaires of interpersonal trust of Cook and Wall (1980), DuBrin’s questionnaire of Political Behavior (1987), and Moghimi’s questionnaire of Effectiveness are used. The validity of questionnaires are affirmed by ten professors of sport management. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach’s Alpha method which for questionnaires of interpersonal trust, Political Behavior, and Effectiveness are (0.80, 0.79, and 0.83) respectively. For analyzing the data, Pierson’s coefficient correlation and model of Structural Theorem were used. The range of parameters of GFI=0.93, AGFI=0.91, NFI=0.95, CFI=0.97, RMSEA=0.033 represented that the structural model was proper. The findings showed that the component of political behavior with Beta coefficient (0.47) is a stronger forecaster than interpersonal trust with Beta coefficient (0.39) for effectiveness. It means that interpersonal trust and political behavior lead to more effectiveness between personnel in workplace.
