This study aimed to design the relation between the NEO Five-Factor Inventory and organizational citizenship behavior of employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth has been performed. The population has been all employees of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Contains of 700 person that the sample size according to Krsjy and Morgan table 250 member and random sampling method is selected.
