The aim of this study is to analyze the status of the appointment and performance of graduates of physical education in sports management posts in the ninth and tenth governments. The research method is analytical and the practical purpose. In this study, to collect data from interviews (Delphi) questionnaires were used. In this study, the validity of professors and experts consulted to determine reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 84/0. The statistical population consists of all the directors of the Research Department of physical education, sports administrators and coaches and athletes of the province in connection with the field of study, service administrators receive, in total, according to statistics that were 250 people who identified as all the myriad of they were sampling To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov, t-test and Friedman's analysis of variance was used. In this study, individual characteristics of the graduates for appointment of managerial post came as the country was characterized by technical and human skills of graduates of physical education in the country in the State sports administration posts ninth and tenth had been confirmed and recent graduates lack the skills have been Perceptual. Also, the component of education, physical and mental, that can be of factors related to the abilities of graduates was confirmed, and the experiences of the agent were confirmed.

The aim of this study was to examine the impact of the regulatory environment on organizational maturity in the Youth and Sports Ministry. To achieve the study objectives using standard questionnaires of organizational maturity Soltani et al. (1389) and the regulatory environment Picnic Race (1394) was used. Confirmed the validity of both questionnaires 8 of the experts and the reliability of them in a pilot study with 30 subjects, respectively, 83/0 and 86/0 respectively. To analyze information collected from descriptive and inferential statistical methods including regression and Pearson correlation coefficient and SPSS and AMOS software was used structural equation with the help of two.
