The purpose of the present paper was to investigate the relationship of conscientiousness and job satisfaction with the organizational loafing of physical education teachers in performing extracurricular sports activities in schools. The research method was a descriptive survey and the research tools were the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Standard questionnaire (2009), Sims and Nicole (2014), and the Ghorbanizade Conscientiousness questionnaire (1395). The statistical population included physical education teachers at Kashan city (N=102), which statistical sample was considered as 69. In the inferential statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression (stepwise approach) were used. The most important findings of the research showed that the level of loafing and conscientiousness of teachers was favorable, but the level of job satisfaction was moderate. There was no significant difference between male and female teachers in terms of social loafing, conscientiousness and job satisfaction. In addition, according to the type of employment (formal and contractual), there was no significant difference between the loafing, conscientiousness and satisfaction. As a result, the promotion of career development’ opportunities and increased job satisfaction, leads to the participation of more and more physical education teachers in sports supplements activities.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between organizational justice and job engagement with organizational performance of sport coaches. This is a descriptive-correlational study that was conducted through a survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all active sport coaches in Arak sport boards (704 coaches) which 254 of them were selected as samples by stratified random sampling. The research data were collected through questionnaires of organizational justice by Niehoff and Moorman (1993), job engagement by Salanova and Schaufeli (2001) and organizational performance by Hersey and Goldsmith (1980). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and one sample t test and regression tests in SPSS version 22. The results showed that there were relationship between organizational justice and job engagement (r= 0.16), between job engagement and organizational performance (r= 0.13) and between organizational justice and organizational performance (r= 0.58) of sport coaches of sport boards in Arak (P (05/0≥. But, only organizational justice could predict the organizational performance. In the other hand, organizational justice can improve organizational performance. Hence, it is suggested that the responsible officials should pay more attention to organizational justice, so that increases the organizational performance of sport coaches.

The purpose of this research was studying relationship between organizational climate and participation of physical education teachers' in Arak school’s decision Makings. The statistical population was elementary, middle and high school’s physical education teachers in Arak (189 teacher’s) which based on Krejcy and Morgan’ table, 128 teachers’ by stratified random sampling were selected as samples. To collect the data, organizational climate Litwin and Stringer (1986) and Lambert's and Hogan participation in decision making (2009) questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed by using stepwise regression in SPSS23 software. The results showed that organizational climate and participation of physical education teachers' in school’s decision making was in moderate rate. Also, there was relationship between organizational climate and participation of physical education teacher’s in school’s decision Makings. In addition, sub-scales such as structure, reward, conflict and standards had influence on participation in decision making. It seems, improving these sub-scales can be enhancing participation of physical education teacher’s in school’s decision Makings so that used to capabilities of them for achieve of schools aims.
