The purpose of this study was to analyze the effective factors on the behavior of managers in order to benefit from knowledge management in sports businesses. The research method is an exploratory, qualitative approach . As Data-based method and interviewing were used to collect data, sampling was done theoretically and by using the judiciary method n order to analyze the semi-structured and fundamental data, MAXQDA software was used.
