Job security predicts 69% of intentioned leaving the job. Also job stress predicts 58% of job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative effect on the intention of the job leave and job satisfaction, but these were not significant and job satisfaction as a mediator variable has not been able to predict the intention to leave a job.
