The purpose of this study is to develop a framework for developing behavioral characteristics for coaching levels in Iran. The research method is a qualitative approach. The statistical population consisted of all specialists in training in sport federations and Ministry of Sport and Youth. In the qualitative section, 18 people were selected by purposeful snowball sampling and interviewed until theoretical saturation. In the quantitative section, according to Morgan's table, 217 people were selected by stratified random sampling. The research tool in the quantitative part was a researcher-made questionnaire obtained from the qualitative part of the research. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by relevant experts and its construct validity was confirmed by exploratory factor analysis. Its reliability was also confirmed in a pilot study on 30 people using the Cronbach's alpha test. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS and AMOS version 23 statistical packages. The findings showed that 11 factors influencing the development of applied knowledge and skills for managerial levels in Iran include educational, managerial, knowledge-building, structural, supervision and control, equipment and technology, legal, individual, localization, advertising and media, and There are talents and foundations that all play a significant role in the development of applied knowledge and skills for managerial levels in Iran. Also, the model of applying knowledge and skills development for the managerial levels in Iran was a good fit and could be used by the coaching staff in Iran.
