The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavioral factors of strategic and operational plans of public sports in Iran. Regarding the research goal, the present research is aimed at using a variety of applied-development research that is conducted in the field of strategic and analytical research. The statistical population of this research consisted of all members of the board of directors and chairmen of the federation of The purpose of this study was to regressive analysis of the organizational health and job satisfaction with Job burnout of physical education teachers of Tehran province. Statistical population included all physical education teachers in Tehran (N=1500). Based on the Morgan table 320 persons were chosen simple randomly method for research sample. The Hoy & Fildman (1997) questionnaire of organizational health inventory, and Jackson and Maslach (1985) questionnaire of Job Burnout, and Minnesota (2000) questionnaire of Job satisfaction were used to achieve the research objectives. Their reliability were studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.82, 0.89 and 0.79 respectively. Analysis of the collected data done by descriptive approach and inferential statistics methods, including K-S, and regression through SPSS software. Results of the research showed that there is a negative significant relationship between the organizational health inventory and Job burnout of physical education teachers. There is a positive significant relationship between the organizational health inventory and job satisfaction of physical education teachers. There is a negative significant relationship between the job satisfaction and Job burnout of physical education teachers

This study aimed to investigate the role of work ethic on job stress and burnout in teachers of physical education in tehran secondary schools. This study is applied and descriptive_survey in terms of objective and method, respectively. The research population includes all Teachers of Physical Education in Tehran Which is about 1500 people in the academic year 95-96 and the statistical sample includes 306 subjects who were selected by simple random sampling method. Three standardized questionnaires were used to collect date: Petty work ethic questionnaire, Osipow job stress questionnaire, and Maslach job burnout questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using structural equation modeling technique. The results showed that work ethic on job stress and job burnout of teachers physical education in tehran secondary schools has significant reverse effect and job stress on job burnout has a positive and significant effect. The purpose of this study was to Explanation, the effect of career plateau on intention to quit job with mediating role of burnout in the physical education teachers Kermanshah Province. The methodology was descriptive survey. The population included is an all physical education teachers were working in 1395 in Kermanshah Province, The number of them was 1230. The sample was determined based on Kerejci & Morgan table comprising 320 people and cluster random sampling. The statistical sample consisted of 320 teachers of physical education cluster-randomized sampling method were selected. In order to collecting the data,three standard questionnaires was used, career plateau (Mylymn, 1992),intention to quit job(Kevlar, 1984) and burnout (Mlch- Pines, 2005), The Validity of the questionnaires by using experts was evaluated and for reliability of the questionnaire Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, which appears to be highly reliable and desirable to them. was used. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling and path analysis were used by the PLS software. The results showed that career plateau directly impact on quit job physical education teachers. Also career plateau indirectly through the variables of burnout on quit job physical education teachers Kermanshah Province employees.
