The purpose of this study was to provide a model for changing the behavior of student sport managers in implementing of strategic plans by integrating a balanced scorecard and six sigma. The present study was a qualitative and comparative study that was done qualitatively. The statistical population of the study was an unknown number of specialists familiar with the balance score card and six sigma, student sport managers, articles and researches about balance scorecard and six-sigma and their integration. Twenty people were selected by snowflake method and 30 articles and researches were selected purposefully method as the research sample. Interview, study and data matching were used to achieve the research objectives. Data were analyzed qualitatively and inductively that the required data saturation was obtained through interview and study of articles and researches. The results of the study showed that to change the behavior of student sport managers to implement strategic plans in student sport by integrating a balanced scorecard and six Sigma, it is essential for managers to use a model that it will be mission, strategies, perspectives, strategic objectives, measures, non-six sigma projects, six sigma projects, operational plans, initiatives, and improvement cycles.

The purpose of this study was to establishing perspectives and Strategy map in gymnastic federation of Iran by the balance scorecard approach. The present research methods were quantitative as well as qualitative. The statistical population of this study included 160 sport management faculty members, managers and experts of sport organizational who were familiar with gymnastic sport in Iran. 15 elite sport experts were chosen purposfully to qualitative samples. Based on Morgan table 117 persons were randomly selected to quantitative sample. Two questionnaires were used to gather the data that validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by experts and the reliability were examined in a pilot study with 30 samples by Cronbachs alpha which were as (perspectives questionnaires: 0.83 & objectives questionnaires: 0.81). For data analysis the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods, including confirmed factor analysis , x2 and logical inductive reasoning. The research finding showed the gymnastic federation of Iran had four perspectives, such as finance, customer, internal process, learning and growth and as well as 34 objectives. In the gymnastic federation of Iran strategy map there were cause and effect relationships among all perspectives and objectives. Ultimately it can be concluded that suggested perspectives, objectives, and strategy map are capable of being applied in practicing strategies of gymnastic federation of Iran.

The present research aimed at establishing a performance management system for the National Olympic Committee (N.O.C) by the balance scorecard approach. The statistical population included 114 of the N.O.C general assembly members, experts, and elites familiar with the N.O.C. The study sample was chosen purposefully (89 individuals). The qualitative interview was used as the investigation instrument and the collected data were analyzed by logical inductive reasoning. The research findings showed that the N.O.C enjoys four perspectives such as finance, customer, internal process, learning, and growth as well as 41 long-term objectives, 128 measurements, and 128 qualitative objectives. Ultimately it was concluded that suggested perspectives, long-term objectives, measurements, and qualitative objectives are capable of performance management of N.O.C and they are potent to be applied in practicing strategies of the N.O.C. due to the relationship between the N.O.C vision and strategies and its long-term objectives, measurements, and qualitative objectives.
